This finder is for my dear sweet Songpaw! But this isn’t for romance or even for friendship (per say) - instead I’m here looking for a bully!
I know, I know. She’s precious why would I do that. Hear me out! Songpaw is starting to develop a little more confidence thanks to her newly found role as the unofficial family therapist, but she’s struggling with some negative emotions she’s never experienced before now that her mom (Heathernose) has a new mate (Lightnight). What does this have to do with a bully you may ask? Well, it’s related because my darling little Songpaw is growing up. She’s developing, branching out and trying to be helpful when she spots similar signs of trouble to what she’s seen in her brothers - such as over-working or isolating yourself. However, this kind of help isn’t always welcome. And I would like for her to learn this lesson the hard way.
So my idea is this: Songpaw approaches [YOUR CAT] one day to check in - maybe [YOUR CAT] seems particularly down when they’re not usually, or they’re overworking themselves. Whatever the behavior is, Songpaw takes it upon herself to check in and try to help. However, this time her help is not welcome! Oh no! [YOUR CAT] snaps at her and storms off, ending the first interaction and leaving Songpaw stunned.
Subsequent interactions will involve Songpaw trying desperately to help this cat and apologize, unable to bear the weight of another’s hatred. But this cat doesn’t want her help, [YOUR CAT] sees this help as interference and pushy. Leading [YOUR CAT] to start bullying Songpaw to try and chase her away from them, albeit unsuccessfully. The more [YOUR CAT] pushes, the more little Songpaw tries harder. Until finally things come to a head…
What that looks like will depend largely on what you want as the other cat’s RPer and how the interactions pan out. It’s possible they get into a massive and dramatic argument, or maybe Songpaw’s kin and friends intervene. Maybe [YOUR CAT] is secretly appreciative of Songpaw’s help but doesn’t outwardly want to express it. Or maybe they really just hate Songpaw and find her nosey and pushy. Either is fine, the end result will be Songpaw learning about boundaries. Whether or not this cat and her end up being besties after this or remain distant is also up to the RPer and how things work out IC. Personally I’m fine with either, but I would prefer for this end on a positive note so hopefully they’ll be besties!

*must be a WC apprentice!
*preferred to be around Songpaw’s age - and it would probably be better for your character if they were not about to be made a warrior (I highly doubt there will be much mercy for a warrior bullying an apprentice, regardless of the circumstances)
*can be new or established character
*depending on how this goes, there is a strong chance that Songpaw’s kin will get involved; so I will ask that you be open to RPing with them as well

Name: Freezekit (he will become an apprentice next meeting) Age: 8 moons Personality: He is very determined. Whenever he sets his mind on something, he'll do it. This leads to him being incredibly reckless. He hates feeling helpless, hates how his blindness sets him apart. His blindness is a touchy topic, and he gets defensive easily. Despite this, he will start to secretly doubt himself. Since his travels, he has become a bit more cautious. Almost all his encounters with cats have been negative during kithood, so he will just... stop interacting with others (with the exception of Windpaw), automatically assuming they would act like his kithood bullies. Plot ideas/preferences: It will probably go a lot like how your idea is. Songpaw would notice Freezekit struggling and try to help, but he'd completely reject her. He would not accept any help at all, thinking that Songpaw sees him as weak. When Songpaw tries to apologize, tries to interact with him more, he'd just try to scare her away, make her leave him alone. Though, secretly, he'd start to feel bad about his insults and question whether or not he's doing the right thing. Dynamic after the fallout: It can be anything! Friends, enemies, or just... a wobbly acquaintance. He may or may not develop a crush on Windpaw (depending if I finish my application and if I get accepted), so maybe the option of lovers maybe not. It all really depends on what happens during the fallout!

Personality: Oddly charming and nice... Ish... But he simply uses his ability to easily charm others to manipulate them. She loves to put ideas into other cats' heads, mostly lies carefully crafted in that dark mind of hers. Draws cats in closer to him to only crush their souls. An overall evil and sadistic character.
Plot ideas/preferences: Would love to see my guy's charming manipulation in action, so I'm down for anything!
Dynamic after the fallout: This should be interesting... Rattlepaw doesn't do friends. Or so he thought? Yeah, no, he DEEEFINITELY doesn't do friends. Too much to handle. Perhaps Rattlepaw suddenly is all nice! Apologising and making sure there is never something like that between them again. Make Songpaw trust him. And what does he do with that new vulnerable Songpaw he has? Break her further.

I really love this! Song will definitely try so hard to make things up to Freeze, just making things worse as she becomes a "helicopter parent" type towards him. Ultimately, I think they'd make a cute brother/sister dynamic once things have come to a head and they figure themselves out. Windpaw is also a friend/friendly acquaintance of Windpaw's, so they have that connection in common.

This is much more devious than I was originally intended but I honestly love it! I think it will also create some nice drama between Starlingpaw and Songpaw (if @moxie_the_slime agrees) as Rattlepaw tries to charm Song into his and monopolize her time as part of his game.
I'm open to starters to both of these characters whenever! Lmk if y'all need me to put up the starter!
