[Atari] Claw of the Crown Applications

the Atari is a rough and tough mountain tribe, a permanent faction here on WCO, and the current Crown, Ares, doesn’t just let anyone sit beside him through his leadership. can he be impressed? who knows.

i want to start by sharing that to apply, you can create a new character, but I heavily recommend that you roleplay with them before the applications close so myself and Ares can get more a feel on said cat! most Atari information can be found here, though some needs updating!

In Character Requirements

Activity! Both for IC and OOC! Ares will want to see your cat around camp frequently and addressing any issues, as well as sending out patrols! Ares expects them to be very present in the tribe, and wouldn’t be too thrilled if all they did was hang around him or such!
IC Duties! Of course, this can’t be done prior to receiving the role, but once a candidate is chosen, Ares will expect the cat to send out patrols frequently, set out needed punishments at times, handle some outsider joining (ask me first before taking one on), and overall being a strong presence as the Atari becomes more permanent!
IC (Life) Experience! This cat will take over the Atari if Ares passes before he has kits, and if he doesn’t, they will be expected to remain the CotC alongside him and his possible future kits until a promotion, retirement, or death. He won’t pick any cat, considering his expectations he desires a cat with decent life experience and isn’t likely to choose anyone under the age of 20 moons, though exceptions might be made, it isn’t likely. He wants a respectable cat to work with.
Ares Stuff! He wants a cat whom he can be confident in their abilities. Not some goody-two-shoes or someone that’ll bow their head and stay silent when giving an order. Of course he doesn’t want a total troublemaker, but he needs a cat he can discuss manners with that will bring a new side to the conversation, a cat that will push back if they believe he’s making a rash or invalid decision. He needs someone he cat trust to take charge when he’s unavailable to do so, and is able to work with others (may that be other groups or their own fellow high ranks) to resolve issues.

Out Of Character Requirements

Interest and Dedication! Don’t apply for the role just to have it! I want to see you’re genuinely intrigued in the rank and tribe as a whole! Myself as well as Wingnettle and Morrigan are trying our bests to keep the Atari active and to the point where we can have a sub-forum. Of course, we need all you amazing people to help make that happen, and without interest, we could run into another situation where someone drops the position.
We need this dedication since the Atari are more permanent here and have their own roleplay thread that runs in the same timeline as the main clans universe and are open to being used for clan-related plot lines!
Communication/Collaboration! Since this role will involve working closely with myself, Wingnettle, and Morrigan, I’d love someone who’s open to brainstorming plot lines, tribe events, and potential conflicts. It’s a two-way street, and teamwork is necessary! There’s quite a bit that happens behind the scenes for building the Atari history and creating new, larger plot lines!

•rushed applications! of course you don’t need to write a novel, but slapping together an application without effort or consideration isn’t ideal. show that you’re invested in the character!
