how long had she been wandering the land? waiting to come across someone? too long. far too long. ​how long had she been searching for him? for riverpad? she was broken because of him. why was her heart still with him?

he was padding out to find something toxic, test subjects would've been useful to see how much would kill them, when the scent of blood hit him, he darted out, finding a gray tabby muttering something under her breath. they sounded an awful lot like herbs, no?

"chervil helps treat infected wounds and stomachaches, and nausea when kitting. the juice of the roots or leaves is used for wounds, and you eat the leaves for nausea and stomachaches.

parsley, on the other paw, stops a queen from producing milk, useful if they lose their litter. you eat an entire stem until you stop making milk. it also helps with stomachaches, but never feed it to a nursing queen."

"thyme is good for anxiety. grows in small bush with a lot of small, thick leaves. when in bloom it has purple flowers. watermint has oval leaves and purple flowers, fuzzy leaves and helps with stomachaches"
