If there was one thing she should keep track of it should be how many moons have gone by, yet she didn't. She very much so preferred to let the days go by and live by them, see what each day brought her. Though with this clan it was always some sort of chaos, seemed to be a trend amongst the others. She would never understand why they sought out trouble, could they just for once have a calm moment with no danger seeking them out? Springburst curled up further in her new nest inside the warrior's den, man was she lonely. She had grown used to being in the same den as her brother and a few others she was friends with, now she was in a new one with no one she was close to. Well, that is if she ignored the other lionhearts but she didn't count them since they were just fellow rank holders. Don't even get her started on being in the same den as the cat she currently despised with all of her being.
Her lone green eye opened to look forward, taking in the sight of a nearly empty den in front of her and the sun shining into the den. Ew, it was already day she could use a few more moments of peace. A groan escaped her maw as she slowly uncurled and got to her feet with a long stretch. Time to go see what she could do today, a lot that she could do now that she wasn't an apprentice. She could take a patrol of her own with her to go hunting or just check the border. She could also take a few of the apprentices out for some training, maybe get a few of them closer to being a warrior. Thinking of that right now, making a few new warriors sure sounded like a good idea to her. The molly felt a few bones in her pop from her stretching as she shot upright. Springburst knew just the right cat she would take out for some sort of training, one that she hadn't seen in forever.
A pep to her steps and the marching beat she had going on, she made her way toward a familiar den. Nostalgic memories of the den brought her closer and closer to her destination. She was on a mission and it was one she would complete with everything in her. The sound of old crunchy leaves could be heard as she stopped right in front of the entrance of her old den. Idly she wondered if her brother was inside right now, she hoped that wouldn't be the case. The lionheart had some faith that Nightspark was doing his job as a mentor and taking him out for training. If she found out he wasn't doing that, she would have a word with Birdsnow herself, Winterpaw might be afraid to speak up about himself but she sure as hell wasn't. No way would she let anyone she cares about be stuck in the muck because of some fools who can't do one simple job.
A brush of her bushy tail she swiped away a couple of free-roaming twigs and leaves as she collected her thoughts. "Corm?" she called out gently, a tone of voice she hadn't used lately since most of the time she was snapping at stupid clanmates. The torbie looked around her, even behind, to make sure her long-time friend wasn't already out in the clearing and she just missed her. Springburst looked forward again this time sticking her head in the den to see if she could spot the familiar black fur of whom she was seeking out. "Didja wants to do some training and maybe a tour with mee~" it would be a good way to hang with her bestie again and to help her with training. It would be like killing two birds with a stone if the other accepted and hopefully, she wouldn't feel lonely in the warrior's den for long either.
