hello all, red here (shocker, i know).

i've come bearing a question; how does honed skill work? i've wondered for a couple months and finally crawled out of the woodwork to ask. do you contact staff after buying it to approve the powerplay? does it work with lethal powerplays or only non-lethal? what's the limits and how do you use it?

Hey!! So I'm not entirely sure of this so prob wait for staff confirmation just to be safe. As far as I know nothing lethal is allowed, and honestly since it's something that's not approved with the cat getting hurt, I don't think permanent damage and really bad wounds are allowed. Such as blinding, tearing off ears or legs, etc.
I'm pretty sure you buy it, then send in a ticket to get your powerplay move approved by staff. To use it, once your move is approved I believe you just use it on the cat you're wanting to and then it expires.
I searched on discord a bit and I found this:
"just wounds, kills have to be hr and/or staff authorized" – BEAR.

Purchase --> send in a ticket to get staff approval --> use the move in-roleplay to leave a non-fatal wound. Not really any limitations besides the blow being non-fatal! @redshiftreign
