An active purrk means it is currently being used, Inactive means it is not currently being used, and I believe that expired purrks are the one-time purrks that can't be used again until cooldown is off

active = the purrk is still being used
inactive = not being used
expired = ran out of time / one-time purrk

Active: In use, such as beefed up - when this purrk is active your can use this

expired: Expired purrks can NOT be used anyone without another purchase of it, like bundle of babies

Inactive: This purrk is not in use at the moment, when you buy beefed up for example it is not constantly active- you should say when it is in use though
