SnowBall was perched on her white picket fence, sitting on a flat spot on the fence that her twelogs made for her so she could sit on the fence without being poked by the sharp wooden edges. She sat staring out into the forest, her bright blue eyes- one a paler blue and on a darker blue. Being half blind and deaf kind of sucked on the same side of the face, but she's learned to deal with it and move on. She Licked her paws, cleaning herself off as she stared out into the wilderness.

"I wonder what it's like out there... is it really what everyone says it is? Barbaric cats who eat bones and their own kin? I'd go into the forest, but I've heard bad things about it..."

She Shivered. Now wasn't the time to think about that. All she wanted to do was enjoy her day and sit on her fence like she alwas does.

The frail form of another cat makes it's way into the area, only stopping once it finds another cat. Turning to stare at her, the small ash-grey warrior blinks his blue eye.

His small body is wracked with scars, and it is obvious that they were caused by a fire. Lowering his one-eyed gaze, the tom makes his way towards the she-cat.

He clears his throat. "Am I welcome here...?" He inquires softly, looking
at her with his deep blue eye wide. His voice is deep and husky from smoke inhalation.

Snowball ducked her head to look at the cat, instantly getting a faceful of the mangled cat. Her tail hung over the fence, softly batting on the white picket fence.

"Yes, of course... everyone's welcome- with good inhibitions, of course." SnowBall turned her head so her good eye and ear were facing the direction of the cat.

What happened to them? It looks like they were burned or something.

Bowing his head in thanks, he decides to introduce himself calmly. "I am Butterflyash." He says as he sits down where he stands - on some soft ferns - and looks up at her with his eye.

He knows that she is wondering what had happened to him, and his scars burn as if they're freshly done. Thanks to Flypaw -

Shaking his head to dismiss the thought, Dragonflyash winces in slight pain when he does so. The burn scars still burn and tingle when he moves, and it is an odd sensation. he doubts he'll ever get used to it.

Snowball nodded. “It’s nice to meet you… say, what is a wildcat doing out near the house folks place? This isn’t really your territory, is it?”

SnowBall darted her eye around his frail body. Did some cat burn him? Was it a failed sacrifice?

Why do they still hurt...?!"No, it is not my Clan's territory, but I come here to let go of... Things." He mews. And to see the place that took so much from me. Snowball didn't say anything, she simply stared and craned her neck. That.. and she didn't actually hear what he said, she had her deaf ear facing towards him as she heard a crack of a stick to her right.

"Um.. can you repeat that, please? I didn't hear what you said" Snowball looked uncomfortable requesting he repeat himself, as most cats don't like doing that. She usually just pretended to hear them.
