Event [#event]

Sundust sat in the clearing, neatly arranging the plants at his paws. In front of him sat marigold and poppy seeds to his left, and to his right sat a single deathberry and one leaf of poison ivy (which was a hassle and a half to collect without touching it). His pale gaze swept the camp, ensuring that all of his plants had been properly hidden, before finally rising to his paws.

"Queens, kits, and apprentices of ThunderClan - if you would please gather in the clearing. I have a little event for you all." He excluded the warriors and elders - they were old enough to know the information he was about to teach. He only requested the queens so they could supervise their kits. Though, if Cornfuzz were still with them, Sundust may have mandated his attendance - after all, it was the memory of the young tom stumbling into a patch of poison ivy which sparked the idea for this event.

While he waited for cats to gather, the medicine cat sat back on his haunches and curled his tail over his paws, taking a moment to straighten the marigold once more.

Hazelpaw perked up as she heard Sundust calling the queens, kits, and apprentices for an event. She hurried over eagerly to participate, eyeing the plants at his feet with wonder.

Honeykit, despite being very tiny and barely out of the nursery, raced over when this yelling cat called all kits as well! Aha! She was important! (and impossibly adorable, lets not forget that). Scampering over and plopping down in the midst of the clearing, Honeykit fixed her olive green eyes on Sundust, waiting expectantly.

The dilute calico stepped into the rim. His emerald eyes glazed at the rest of the cats. He eyed some familiar faces before he went to settle down from afar. Well since he is THE Mottlepaw after all. He hunched his shoulder as he lazed about. Giving a cocky smile as he inspected his claws lazily. Even if he was young he knew that he himself had tons of potential to make up first. He hummed as he was in his own world, daydreaming of such achievements.

[Streamtail]

Streamtail & Lotuskit

Streamtail comes out with her kit, Lotuskit. "Mommy, why are we here instead of playing in the nursery?" Lotuskit asks. "To hear Sundust speak," Replied Streamtail, giving her daughter a warm lick. With that they sit down, waiting on Sundust contently.

Lilacfall

Lilacfall comes to hear Sundust speak, carrying Blazingkit, with Blazekit at her heels.

Sharppaw stretched and saw something happening. He padded over. "Not sure what is happening, but can I join?" The black tom asked.

Vixenkit had been curiously watching Sundust be a busy bee for a while now, blue eyes following the neat arrangement of the different plants. how curious! She couldn't help but wonder what the meddie cat was doing out and about like that, wasn't he supposed to heal the reds?? Her fluffy kitten ears perked upon hearing him call for queens, apprentices -- and kits!! That was her!! Immediately she rose to her paws and skipped over with a curious gaze, only pausing with sudden halt as too narrowly escape crashing into the big cat. She paid no mind to that however - her attention was on the neatly arranged plants, one of which, judging by smell (and because she's just that smart, might be the funny thing called goldmary Dusty used on her eye. Noticing sooo many other kits joining, the little vixen raised her head to look around, when she spotted none other than - who would have guessed - Motty! Oh!! A wide smile spread across the kitten's maw as she happily hurried over to her 'boss', undeniably glad to see a familiar face again. She had been lacking in those, after all.
"Motty!" She chirped upon plopping down beside him "Hi!!"

Shinekit tumbled out of the nursery. A thing? What's an event? Woah- her first time outside? Fun. The small she-kit blinked a bunch at the sunlight- it was bright. Woah, who was that? Cool golden cat was making an event! Why does golden cat have a bunch of plants in front of him? she thought.
Shinekit curiously approached the golden cat and his plants. Herbs, right? That's what she had heard the other mothers calling them.
