"We have to survive." The young apprentice's pale tabby pelt was puffed up against the cold. His mew was distant and faint. His sister fixed her gaze on him, her blue-gray pressing against hers for warmth.

She paused, eyes clouded. "Yes. We must." She rasped. "We were born rouges. We have the heart of one." Her green eyes gleaming with anger and fear all at the same time. "We came to join RiverClan. Our sister was killed. We came to ThunderClan, they scarred my chest, notching your ear. ShadowClan tried to kill both of us. We escaped to WindClan territory and asked their help. We were chased across the moor. No. We cannot trust the clans." Spat the she-cat, closing her eyes.

Coldly, FalconWing drew in a breath. "Yes, RainPelt. We must go through all the clans, never staying the same place twice. We must scrape what we can find, hunt what we can, and take every opportunity to kill a clan cat. Let us go, sister."

Wordlessly, the two siblings stood up, padding out of the bracken, their tails twining together. RainPelt cast a last glance at the edge of the clans territory, then closed her eyes. This was no longer their home. She pushed into the outskirts, acutely aware of FalconWing's breath beside her. The tom was clearly dismayed. His emerald green eyes were shimmering, a mixed feeling of vengeance and anger burning in their cold, black pupils.

Owl went by the clans everyday, he had a habit of doing this, to make sure nobody was in danger. He saw two young cats, leaving the territory of the clans. "Who are those two?" He thought, tilting his head. Owl swiftly padded up and over to the two. "Hello, who are you two?" He asked once he made it up to them, his brown tabby pelt blowing in the wind.
