Once before, there was peace between the two Clans, AshClan and WaveClan.

A small skirmish over borders became a war, filled with screeching, yowling cats. The battle ended in a draw, and the two Clans retreated into their territories.

A rogue tom, Ash, had started AshClan.

A loner she-cat, Wave, had started WaveClan.
