Are you referring to a link like this?
If so, simply copy the URL, highlight the text, click the chain and Earth icon on the toolbox above the message body, paste the URL and hit 'OK'.
Alternatively, you could write out the BBCode.
Example:
[URL="link" ]word[ /URL]
Don't have any spaces within your code -- those were simply placed to avoid linking.
