Maple's adventure [Private]

Maple got lost from her den and is now far away, who will she meet on this adventure?

Maple ran into the familiar clearing, the calico molly looking around. She had gotten lost, only recognizing this clearing. She didn't know where her den was.
Feeling hopeless, the molly padded forward, in a random direction.
The calico looked around, humming softly. Her bushy tail flicked, padding farther from the clearing and soon into tall grass, the snow crunching under her paws.
"I can't believe I'm lost!" Maple mewed, soon laughing at herself, thinking happy thoughts.

'Though I can't see over this tall grass..' She thought with an annoyed sway of her tail.

Claudandus had been doing a bit of cleaning - removing old bedding from his den after his daily cleaning when he heard paw steps and the moving of grass. He sniffed and just barely caught the scent of another feline. "Use your nose to see yourself through the grass."he grumbled, before trotting towards the grass, "It's tall so seeing yourself through isn't too easy, but it is fairly easy to navigate through with a nose."He stated, sitting himself down. He wouldn't bother helping the other out himself, it would be a waste of his time.. and, do you know how many insects crawled around in that grass..? Just.. no.

He moved, licking down his chest fur which had gotten some dirt in it while he was cleaning his den out. The tom's nose crinkling as the fur of his chest tickled it. Claudandus soon stopped the grooming, and waited to see if the other would take his advice.

Maple heard the other feline, catching the scent of the other. She followed the scent, the tri-color fluff ball soon popping out from the tall grass.
She looked at him. "Oh, Hi!" Maple greeted with a smile, the calico excited to see another cat after being lost.
