Okay. so Dawnpaw has light brown fur and green eyes (if your applying for family)

Roles:
Mother- must not really have wanted kits (or show affection) and have kits and really could care less about Dawnpaw.

Father- should have had a tight bond with Dawnpaw (and littermates) before his death (MUST BE DECEASED) he should have died a moon ago

Siblings- They should also be grieving their father, idk how they grieve him. They should be 8 moons old.

Friends- Dawnpaw has been grieving by insulting her friends and those she loves/cares about so they can either decide not to be her friend because she’s insulting them while grieving or they can suffer through her insults because they know she’s meerly grieving.

Mentor- should try to help her over-come her grief in some way while training her.

Rivals- should either be angry at her insults or tease her for grieving her father

Apperance: Emberpaw is a short-haired calico, with predominantly black fur marked with ginger patches. She has a lithe frame and appears smaller than her age, and doesn't expect to be growing any time son. Emberpaw has wide, forest green eyes, very expressive ears and an unusually long black tail.
Personality: Emberpaw is an ambitious, hardworking and devoted member of Shadowclan. She wants to see Shadowclan return to it's glory as the most formiddable clan in the forest. Emberpaw wants to achieve and earn greatness so that no cat would have any reason to disrespect her. She tries very hard to appear cool and obedient, but is rather critical and scathing to those who make mistakes, and detests cats from other clans. Most of all, Emberpaw loathes the cats who have kits with a cat from a rival clan, she considers it downright treasonous to bring kits into the world who will have their loyalty questioned.

True. Dawnpaw is grieving similar to that snarling at those she cares about ie family and mentors and friends.

I think I'm going to have Emberpaw kind of be in denial, and just throw herself into training to distract herself and have her pretend her father is still alive. Maybe in a moon she will finally be visibly upset about it and have a bit of a breakdown then. She will just pretend their father is still alive accidentally.
