Unofficial Romantic Relationship Of The Month [July 2024]

Hello! I've seen some questions of the former OTMs Club, and why not start an unofficial one to see if it can gain enough activity to be added back. Probs not but who knows !! Unoffical NRROTM and RROTM Founded by: @/Bean ; @/ghost. ; and @/Blaaze !!

Here is Romantic Relationship of the Month [or RROTM] - Here you can choose two cats who have a [Non-Romantic] relationship and nominate them! They will begin on the 1st of each month, bot including this month since it's the first time,, and the poll will be put up on the 24th of each month. This gives just a little under a week to vote.

How does it work? Is it the same as COTM or what?

Unofficial RROTM works very similar to COTM !! You will choose two cats who have a relationship or are slowly inching into a relationship and nominate them. As the title states, it must be cats in a romantic relationship. That means these can include but are not limited to:

-One-Sided Crush
-Mates
-Slowburn

Use the form at the bottom of this post to nominate characters.

Please keep in mind...

-If your relationship you nominated is a NON-ROMANTIC one, it will not count to the poll. I will be checking!!

-Please only nominate 2 pairs or less

-Only use 1 form per pair, please!! This makes it easier to put them in the poll.

-Try to avoid nominating pairs that are already nominated for this month, or are nominated for NRROTM this month or were last month.

-Do not, I repeat, DO NOT nominate pairs that include your character!! It will be discarded!!

-To avoid having the same cats pop up, only nominate pairs after SIX MONTHS of them winning.

-Characters should have been roleplayed within the last two weeks of being nominated to avoid inactive characters being featured!! By missing I mean that 1 or more characters in your nomination are marked as Missing in the Allegiances.

-Please include an actual reason on why you want the relationship to be nominated!!! a short, one-line response like `They're super cute together and they def deserve RROTM` Will not count!! Please provide a reason or else they will be removed from the final poll.

-When nominating a relationship, please include characters who do not share the same roleplayers. What that means is if X and Y are rped by z, they cannot be nominated due to them sharing the same owner

-Relationships can have 2-4 characters. Do keep in mind that they still must be romantic. So polycules and such will count!!

-You will not get an award for winning, but you Will get an art piece from this month's RROTM artist!! Please be patient with the art though, It will be delivered with a maximum wait time of 2 months after your character has won. The art of the wining group will be free.

-You can vote for as many pairs as you want in the final poll, but only 1 pair will win each month.

Why Should They Be Nominated?: I always loved seeing River and Swan together, they were adorable and it was clear they truly loved one another. When Riverwhisper died, Swanberry became so upset. They had an entire life to live out together and it was really sad when he died! Swanberry us pregnant With his kits as well, so it was a huge loss for the family. I always saw this pair as a cute couple and look forward to possible dreams they may share!!

Why should they be nominated?: One of my favorite things to see as for Shadowclan roleplays is these two being utterly adorable! From cuddles in the medicine den to just seeing their thoughts on one another, these two toms have captured my heart,,, by capturing each others!
