Keeping this rather sweet and short. I'm hoping to throw a new cat into RiverClan as a way to test out the waters, and have a ... Less anxious / happier character. And ! I'm looking for some things
The cat in question is Littlepaw (or Phantom should they begin as an outsider || full ref by @/Starphobia!) -- Lots of names indeed, her age is currently undecided, but I'm eyeing early apprentice!
I'm hoping to find her a Twin Sibling; one that looks very much, if not exactly, like herself but with a rather different personality; I'm open to ideas, but eyeing a dynamic wherein they do care for each other, but are often put at odds! Since Little's backstory is still largely undecided, I'd like to discuss that ^^ | @/Starphobia was so kind as to make a Twin design that may optionally be used, with propre credit, should you so like < 3
I am also looking for found / adopted Family of any kind and anywhere, though this may alter depending on the chosen twin and the backstory they receive. That said, I do imagine them having at least one strict parent or family member that Little is close to ! But any dynamic and personality is fine.
Lastly also looking for an eventual Mentor -- fairly straight forward!

I have a kit who is about to become an apprentice that could be the twin but like parent trap kind of thing where they were separated and swift kit has always lived in riverclan if you go with littlepaw originally being an outsider. This does depend on what Littlepaw looks like. Swiftkit (which is her name) is a monochrome grey calico. If this doesn't work out, they could just be friends. Here is the link to her bio

BEHAVIORIAL NOTES– ravinepaw has a strong sense of justice, and isn't afraid of calling someone out if she believes they're acting unfairly. a logical realist who gets straight to the point, she's often regarded as ruthless and comes off as intimidating. she has a penchant for perfection and as a result, is strict and has high standards. often has a mental schedule and gets irritated if something happens that disrupts it. QUIRKS– doesn't use contractions when speaking, unintentionally glares at everyone.
DYNAMIC WITH LITTLEPAW– obviously, ravinepaw cares about littlepaw very much - they're twins after all. she is just..very, very bad at verbalizing this. so often, it is shown more through her actions through anything else. following her own strict code and striving to become the perfect warrior, ravine just doesn't understand why or how her twin is so laid-back and unorganized. I imagine this difference between the two would cause ravinepaw to scold littlepaw for a few reasons, whether that's her avoiding training or not cleaning up after herself.

Deerspark will think himself into circles. Why is the sky blue? Who's making those kind of decisions? Why is talking to other so hard? Aren't cats social animals? Why oh why oh why is it so easy to get attached? So easy to get hurt? He just wants to be secure... Just one night without a nightmare or sleep paralysis would do him well.
Deerspark isn't ever very sure of himself, so he thinks about what he does quite a bit as well as what others do. He takes a keen interest in other cats feelings or mental state without talking to them, as though they're a puzzle. But not in a bad way, Deerspark doesn't try to dissect everycat emotionally to manipulate, no, he's just trying to understand or get to know somecat without taking the proper steps. HAHA! The loophole! Since Deerspark is very bad at social interactions, he allows this to be a way to make up for it. He also thinks a lot to entertain himself, often muttering to himself or talking to insects or his own reflection. While he doesn't mind being lonesome, he wants to change it, that's for sure.
One cat can only talk with themselves so much before going insane. But don't worry, he's completely fine.

This young apprentice is nothing like her twin sister. Though similarly quiet, she is not afraid to speak up, though it often comes off as rude and snappy. She likes to pay close attention at details, and points out mistakes whenever necessary. She doesn't really enjoy the company of others, (or rather, others don't enjoy her company) due to being very snarky and ill-mannered.
She is a very logical cat. Before speaking, she likes to think. For how long it may take, she thinks. And when she finally believes it is right to say, she says it. And she knows not a lot of cats want to hear what she has to say. And does she care? Not at all.
To make a long description short, she is a very very sassy girl.
Despite her rude and snappy personality, she is very protective over the ones she love and care about, and that includes her sister. Knowing her sister is not the best at standing up for herself, she strives to be her armour. Her loyal protector.
But sometimes, two opposites don't always mix well together.
She sometimes thinks Littlepaw as annoying or finds her quiet and timid behaviours unnecessary. (Especially if she is in a bad mood that day, she would definitely hiss at Littlepaw.)
She has Bipolar Disorder which may often affect her relationship with her family, friends, and Clanmates. She is constantly experiencing mood swings and erratic changes of energy levels within short periods of time. She could be very productive and hard-working, willing to learn and do whatever is thrown at her one day, and not want to move a single hair the next. Because of this, she is also very unpredictable, often lashing out at random intervals.
I really really loved your idea of the strict parent, so I will definitely add more to that.
Since (most likely) this twin is the more “favoured” twin, she strives to continue being the “better” one, always pushing herself to see how far she could go. And despite her mother’s chastisement, she will never hesitate to take an opportunity to be better for herself mother.
But then again, despite wanting to be better than her sister, she tries to push her sister to be as good as her, (of course, not better than her. Somebody has to take the lead, and it’s going to be her!) by slowly but surely drawing her away from their mother’s commands and slowly attempting to take control of Little’s ambitions—If she has any, that is— She would want her to listen to her and her only. She finds Little’s lack of wanting to hunt or battle really strange, but she’d do anything to help her twin sister feel the ecstasy she should feel whenever she gets the upper hand (paw?) in battles. To help her realize the joy in hunting.
She doesn’t quite… Love her mother. Sure, she favours her over Little, but that isn’t a valid reason to favour her back. But she doesn’t speak up. She lets her mother believe that she loves her right back, always working her hardest to please her. But that is not quite for her. The twin wants it all for herself. For her to believe she is the best. To boost her own ego.
She wants it all to herself.
POSSIBLE FUTURE PLOT IDEAS
The twin loves RiverClan... Of course. Of course! Of course she does! She doesn't totally suddenly gain an interest in another Clan and attempt to convince (manipulate? Brainwash?) Little that THAT CLAN is better than RiverClan. She totally doesn't try to ultimately make them both change to a different Clan, just because she starts feeling dissatisfied with RiverClan.

She loves both her sister and her Clan. She'd never do that! Haha-
