Truth be told, she didn't know what Thrushstar was doing.

It had been a few days since the collapse of the old camp. Cats had begun to get settled in, more or less, yet somehow she had yet to see Thrushstar anywhere around camp, and the lack of a meeting to address things that were happening and things that SHOULD happen was, quite frankly, concerning. Also irritating. Mostly irritating. It felt like she'd asked herself this question several times within the last couple of days, but still: what the hell was he doing??

Frustration bubbled in Bumblebreak's chest. Her tail flipped back and forth a few times as she stared at the Stormcrest for a long moment, before deciding to just screw it. Hackles bristling, the brown and cream tabby quickly crossed the clearing, scaled the giant stone, and perched at the very edge. Her jaws opened in a clearly-exasperated caterwaul.

"All cats gather around the Stormcrest for a Clan meeting!

Asterdance saw Bumblebreak on the Stormcrest and figured a meeting was happening so they trotted over. maybe thrushstar died??

Hearing the call for a meeting, Gentledoe looked up from where she had been tearing up moss around the edges of the overgrown clearing. She blinked, slightly surprised to see Bumblebreak calling the meeting. Though... a part of her wasn't. She had yet to see Thrushstar do much since he had been scolded by Bumblebreak before. With a small sigh, a worried glint in her eyes, Gentledoe padded up to the Stormcrest and sat down. She looked up at Bumblebreak, offering an encouraging smile to the she-cat.

Oh!! As her gaze passed over the clearing, she noticed Asterdance had arrived as well. Gentledoe's ears perked and she shuffled over to the other warrior, touching her tail to their shoulder to alert them of her presence. If they would allow her to, she'd love to sit with them for this meeting.

The apprentice perked her ears at Bumblebreak's call and made her way out of the appretnices' den. Seeing only Asterdance and Gentledoe were there so far, she found a good spot near the front where she would be able to easily listen to the announcements.

Was Bumblebreak about to announce her leadership? She hadn't seen Thrushstar around the new camp much. Had he gotten taken by twolegs like Sparrowstar? Or had he died? Or maybe he was just sick?

Sharpeye summersaulted his way to the Storm rest. It was Bumblebreak. Is something wrong? He wondered.

[BEAR.]

Wolfkit heard his Bumba's call and scrambled to join the crowd. The larger legged cats beat him, but he didn't mind as he found a spot beneath the rock. He eyed the stone before jumping at it, trying to climb it to no avail.

Dovefluff padded over, with Lotuskit literally in tow, the kit was clinging to her tail and wouldn't let go, so the fluffy gray queen just stumbled forward, patiently sighing as Lotus delightedly clambered up to take her rightful place on Dove's back, positioning her tiny self in between the queen's shoulderblades so that it was practically a throne. Dovefluff looked up at Bumblebreak slightly confused but surely if Thrushstar died they would've heard about it? Right? She didn't know what the drill was in ThunderClan for a dead leader. In ShadowClan, their leader was the one stable thing. So how did this work?

Fireflykit padded over, seeing Asterdance but not wanting to be a pest, sitting down comfortably near the edge of the crowd, looking around for someone to maybe make friends with? That was the goal. To not be a wimp, and to make a new friend. Preferably one that knew her name this time.

Seeing Wolfkit struggling to climb up onto the Stormcrest gave Hazelpaw an evil idea. This will teach Bumblebreak for leaving the little menace with me when the camp was collapsing!

Padding forward, she crouched down and nudged the kit upward with her head to give him a boost so he could scrabble up the Stormcrest to harass Bumblebreak.
