Shadowfur stretched his legs, jaws parting in a wide yawn. For the first time in a while, he'd slept fairly soundly and dreamlessly. Bloody nightmares had plagued him for days, of fuzzy memories that he couldn't define as reality or fiction. Receiving a break from them felt like a true blessing.

Deciding that this would be a good night to host his event, he let a deep yowl shake the clearing. "Cats of ShadowClan! I'd like to invite all of you to join me for a battle refresher. This event will give all of you a chance to sharpen your skills ahead of further conflict with ThunderClan, or any other enemy we encounter. In addition, you'll have the chance to learn an additional skill from myself, Mirehound, or Cougarivy. Everyone except kits and elders are welcome to join us for this event. Finally, you'll have the opportunity to learn some basic first aid courtesy of our medicine cat."

Once he'd given enough time for cats to assemble, he beckoned them with a sweep of his tail and headed for the Icy Heartlands.

( Please do not tag me in your post unless your cat is specifically addressing Shadowfur or otherwise interacting with him. I'll still be reading all the posts. Please do not quote this post. I'll be aiming to do my next post in about three days, to give people enough time to join if they want.

Ravensong- since Nyan is on hiatus, I'm assuming it'll just be Elm for the herb part of this training session. )

Moonpaw heard Shadowfur announcing a new collective group training from her nest in the apprentices' den. Pinepaw's nest was empty, and cold. Where did he go? She sniffed around, but couldn't get any idea. Was he out already with Shadowfur?

The black tortoiseshell shook out moss from her pelt and left the den, peeking around the clearing only to see a group of apprentices and warriors waiting with the black Enforcer. Mh. Pinepaw wasn't there, so she supposed he was out training with his mentor. Well, this looks fun and I'm sure Darkfall won't mind.

Moonpaw wasn't sure how to feel about Shadowfur yet, but she was also pretty certain that he would be too busy even to address her. I'll be like a shadow. Catching every detail, but hiding from everyone. It sounded pretty sneaky, but fun as well.

Blackhawk approached, silently, he sat down, in a dark corner, battle training? Good... And maybe learn to patch wounds, he already knew how to do this, but more would be great...
