Early one afternoon, the large dark-furred tomcat emerged from his den, and swiftly made his way to the center of the clearing. He allowed his partial blue gaze to sweep over the camp a few times, eyeing the various dens that made up the place RiverClan called their home. A moment or two would pass before Pikestar would inhale deeply, sucking in a breath of chilly leafbare air, before uttering a commanding yowl that carried it self through camp so that all his clanmates would hear him. “Cats of RiverClan, gather here!” They’d exclaim, their whiskers twitching on their muzzle, “It has been brought to my attention that due to the surplus of new clan members, our dens have become cramped and uncomfortable. I ask now for all who are willing to help me tear down our dens and rebuilt them much larger and stronger than before to come forward!” It was a hefty task that was long overdue for this camp, but it was something they could accomplish in no time at all as long as everyone worked together.

"You will be separated into various groups tasked with different jobs. I want to see some hard work out here today, this is not a place for slothful inconsiderate clanmates. The faster we get this done, the faster we can enjoy a cozier, better camp." Pikestar remarked sternly, knowing damn well that a job like this could take several days, but perhaps with enough volunteers and enough motivation, they could get this completed in a record-breaking time. "I am looking for help from shields, warriors, apprentices, queens, and even kittens or elders if any wish to participate!" He had thought this through and had come up with a plan for cats of all ages can feel like they are helping piece together a better camp.

Overall, this would serve as a total revamp and upgrade of their camp, and the tall oriental tomcat knew that several cats had been wanting this done. This was something that would benefit them all, right in time for newleaf that was right around the corner too. Many new litters of kittens would surely be born with new season, and they'd have the chance to be born into a fresh, clean nursery. The walls could also be strengthened, and perhaps the camp's entrance could also be redone. So many things could be accomplished, but of course, Pikestar forced himself to stay grounded and not bite off more than they could chew.

Icepaw padded up and smiled, she would be so happy to improve the camp!

Sun stood beside a few of his new clanmates, a smile on his face. He wanted to improve the camp, maybe this would up him a bit with his clan-mates

Blushingkit skipped over to camp clearing, not exactly excited to help clean the place up, but it's not like there was much else to do. Oh well. She could make this fun! Maybe the warriors would let her find shells and flowers to put in the dens...

Beetlekit ears perked and he ran out of the nursery full sprinting toward Pokestar but taking a very short tumble as he rolled his way to Pokestar bumping against the leaders paws and he let his brain catch up before he giggled loudly, “ME POKESTAR ILL HELP”

--pikestar's call rang throughout the clearing, of which cloudedcry had only just returned to after a run throughout the territory. while the cramped dens and multitude of complaints didn't really apply to him (as he was always outside, or otherwise getting jobs done), he'd help his clan nevertheless. padding over to the similarly oriental leader, cloudedcry dipped his head with respect, taking a seat in the clearing as he awaited further instruction.

den when he heard
the firm voice of Pikestar,
his leader. He slid out
of his den, half dragging
his legs behind him. He
stretched and walked
over to the area Pikestar
had called. He sat and
listened to a noticeably
irritated Pikestar. His
watchful gaze scanned
the scarred cat. He
admired him so much.
To be like him would
be a dream. A miracle.
he looked over to the
other cats, and smiled.
This clan is full of
hardworking Riverclan warriors.

The lilac queen slipped out of the nursery just as Pikestar's voice carried out and her amber eyes were drawn to his shape in the center of the clearing. She padded over, listening as he explained that the camp was in need of upgrades. She took in a breath and sat among the other cats gathering around. She decided it'd be good for her to put her mind and body into something outside of the nursery. Elkkit and Firekit would be hitting apprenticeship any day now and she found herself making the conscious effort every day not to wonder on her missing kits or daydream on how her dead kits would be alongside Firekit and Elkkit now, preparing for their apprentice ceremonies. Each morning grew a little easier though the thoughts were never too far away, especially on the particularly rainy days in which she spent most of her day hidden away inside. Today was a nice enough day and she didn't see any reason why she shouldn't pitch in to help wherever she was needed. She smiled unconsciously as her eyes turned over the group and noticed Beetlekit and Blushingkit offering their help as well.
