Twilightstar swung her head around as she heard Fallownose's crossed words to Starryflash as he exiled the warrior. Twilightstar didn't see any point in contradicting the deputy, she assumed he'd see to making sure Starryflash was properly escorted out of their territory, and turned her attention back to Scorchedfang.
She sidestepped slightly, moving out of the way for Cowtuft as the medicine cat arrived and began assessing Scorchedfang's wounds. Her eye took on a thoughtful troubled glint as Scorchedfang explained what happened, the fur along her spine bristled as it was difficult not to get visibly upset with this. She shot a stern glare at Crowlight when the warrior immediately demanded action be taken. Before she could actually speak out against that plan, the other crow, Crowtooth, spoke up.
Unlike the rest of the cats, he sounded more suspicious about all of this and offered a less lethal solution for this. Spiderthroat was the root of the problem here, he's already killed three WindClan cats. Rather than condemn both WindClan and ThunderClan to war, it wouldn't hurt to see if Bumblestar would be willing to give them Spiderthroat. Twilightstar was quite doubtful about this solution, but at the moment she didn't have a better one. This couldn't be left alone, ThunderClan needed to pay. However, if she could avoid a full-scale war she'd rather they do that. Gingersplash's additional words reinforced Crowtooth's idea.
"Give me until the gathering to see if I can get this sorted out without throwing the clan into another battle." Twilightstar meowed to the gathered cats. "We'll see if Bumblestar is willing to settle this by giving us Spiderhthroat's head otherwise for every WindClan life lost to that murderer WindClan will be taking two of ThunderClan's." Twilightstar snarled. She'd give ThunderClan a chance to save themselves, if they didn't want to take it then the only course of action left would be to fight.
"Cowtuft, you can take Scorchedfang to the medicine den if you'd like." She told the medicine cat, glancing down at Spottedkit who was pressing against the injured warrior.
"Spottedkit, why don't you go with Rueripple and head to the nursery." Twilightstar meowed and then swung her stern gaze to the rest of the kits that had gathered. "Actually, why don't you all head back to the nursery, Daintykit, Applekit, Flutterkit, Mintkit." There was no need for them here right now, they'd just get under cats' paws.
"Crowlight, I would like for you and Gingersplash to take Mousepaw to the Starry Meadow." The leader ordered, hopefully, the rest of the cats would disperse without her having to order them too.
Beastpaw bounced up and down, unsure what to do BUT WHO CARES! She could do ANYTHING now she wasn't the main focus of anyone. Her momma wasn't watching, tee hee! She danced around the clearing with no obvious purpose, chasing butterflies and generally being in her own universe. Sure, she was an apprentice, but wasn't she still a kit? The molly had an early apprenticeship, after all. She wondered if anyone wanted to join in her play.
Spottedkit watched her leader speak with wide eyes. They seemed to noble and brave to her and she listen to every little word.. Then looked startled when her name was said and said first. Oops! Hopefully this wouldn't get her into trouble that she was out here. Then again how much could she be blamed when there was a big commotion. She was just curious, unfortunately this time it wasn't a great thing to see.
"Oh sorry Twilightstar.. I just wanted to see what was going on!" She quickly said and almost stumbled over all her words stills shaking at the thought, in her voice, of getting in trouble. She was about to turn around before she was snagged back to ask a question. This time she spook clearly. "Twilightstar do you think they will listen to us? Or are they too bad of cats to do that... They are keeping him with them. What if-" She shook her head "I hope they listen"

@Moonraven @lynxyboo (You can make a post at the Starry Meadow if you want and I'll post after you! ^^)
When the sharp gaze of the leader meets his own, Crowlight doesn't back down and instead looks to her with the same amount of fire. A low growl dies in his throat, along with any words he knew he would not have spoken anyways. He disagreed with this course of action, but he wasn't a rude kit or apprentice who would spark up an argument with the leader - not over the body of a fallen Clanmate, at least. Besides, from the sounds of it justice will be served one way or another, so for now his claws slide back into their sheaths.
Kits are herded back into the nursery and with his ears still flat against his head he watches as Spottedkit and Whisperingpaw linger around Twilightstar. Part of him wants to answer; no, ThunderClan will likely not listen to reason, not so long as they've got that nasty stinger for a leader. But his acidic words would likely only earn further ire from Twilightstar, so he simply nods to her order. "Of course."
Sliding over to the body that Gingersplash is already grabbing the scruff of, Crowlight picks up the apprentice by the fur along Mousepaw's back, eventually tossing the light weight up and ducking underneath so that he could position the fallen kid on his back, in the hopes that the she-cat beside him would do the same.
"Let's go." His voice is quiet as he heads for the entrance, monotone and uninterested in delving into any small talk with Gingersplash. Crowlight's destination is the Starry Meadow, and his goal is to bury the Clan's fallen apprentice as quickly as he can.

Doing the same as her Clanmate, Gingersplash walked alongside Crowlight as they slipped out of camp with Mousepaw on their backs, heading towards Starry Meadow. The she-cat gave a soft whisper. ''Poor Mousepaw, not even an apprentice for a whole day.''
Azaleashine, Bluebellflurry, and Willowbrook exchanged sympathetic glances as they watched the two cats leave with their deceased Clanmate.

Panic bubbled in her chest as she saw Lilacpaw's teary expression and shocked reaction, she was just making it worst! W-Wait what was happening now? Well she heard Scorchedfang say something about Thunderclan...wait Thunderclan did this?! And someone had been exiled?! What in the world was going on!
Staring at the other apprentice with worried eyes Frostpaw didn't really know what to say but she tried her best to calm Lilacpaw "W-Well...mabye? Probably...?" she started stuttering at the question she definitely would see bodies again but how could she tell her that?!
Lilacpaw's small voice brought the young she-cat's distress down a little bit she wasn't wailing anymore which was good but she still had to get her to feel better...hopefully it would work.
Forcing her fur to lie flat the apprentice's gaze softened and her voice became less jittery as she spoke, I know...no one every wants it to happen to a loved one but...it does happen and the only thing we can do about it is be strong for them and try our hardest to look after the ones who are still here" she told her sincerely but gently attempting to place her cold nose onto Lilac's forehead.
Suddenly, her leader's familiar voice caught her attention and she glanced nervously behind her it seemed Twilightstar wanted everyone to calm down and leave...so that was what she would do.
Tenderly, the grey tabby point nudged the other apprentice trying to get her to her paws "Come on you need rest it's hard seeing a body for the first time...I should know..." she mewed quietly draping her long tail around Lilacpaw's shoulder and trying to lead her to the apprentices' den they had to get away from all this stress.
Silkfoot padded into camp, narrowly missing Gingersplash and Crowlight on their way out. She did a double-take once she realized that they were carrying a dead body on their backs, her stomach clenching with horror. She couldn't place the cat's name but knew that they were an apprentice - not much older than Lilacpaw if she remembered correctly. What the heck had she missed?
She immediately looked around the clearing for her daughter, lingering for a moment on Cowtuft treating an injured warrior with Twilightstar nearby and then continuing until she spotted Lilacpaw, who was visibly upset, being led toward the apprentice's den by another apprentice. Her heart sank as she realized that Lilac had seen all of that. She sprinted over to them as fast as her legs could take her, almost running into a few of the other dispersing cats in her haste. The warrior would figure out what happened later - though she had already had a sinking feeling about it - right now, all that mattered was making sure her baby was okay.
"Lila!" She slowed as she approached, not wanting to startle either of them, her blue eyes wide with motherly concern. Her gaze briefly swept over Frostpaw as well but lingered longer on her kit. Lilacpaw looked to be on the verge of tears but otherwise looked physically okay. She scolded herself for not being there to keep her baby from witnessing all of that, her heart aching with guilt. Lilacpaw obviously wasn't a kit anymore, so it was hard, but Silkfoot would have still tried to protect her from seeing this harsh side of life for much longer. She attempted to pull both of them into the soft and fluffy fur of her chest, her motherly instincts immediately extending to Frostpaw as well. "Are you two okay?"

"Ah, dogs will do that." His ...recollection of dogs was less than favorable, though Scorchedfang knew them to be easily persuaded. Another lifetime ago, he remembered dark fur and the blood that seeped from her throat. "Hope your leg has healed well."
He was younger then, with a fool for a companion who ate every word up. A shame he was not around anymore. "Oh, a few. I enjoy Cowtuft quite a bit, can never keep up with his.." Scorchedfang waved his paw nonsensically, as if to mimic Cowtuft's sign language. "Yeah. Anyway," he grabbed a wing of the hawk to start pulling it from the pile. He recognized it as his catch - funny how WindClan was so quiet, even the food was going stale.
Scorchedfang mused to himself for a second on how to broach this. "It's weird, I thought the Clan would be more lively .. it's very quiet around here."
Her leg had healed well enough, even if it still ached with every step. Her medicinal knowledge was slipping; much like her mind. She wouldn't be surprised if her lackluster healing hadn't prevented life long damage. Oh well. She was home now.
Cowtuft's name had her torn ears perking up and a small smile growing on her face. Her successor had quite a unique array of quirks to him, not to mention the sign language he had picked up somewhere along the way. It was impressive - a skill fit for the greatest medicine cat in Windclan. (Even if sometimes he lost her along the way). Anyways... she buried her smile in a bite of food, only offering Scorchedfang a small hum of agreement. Ew, how old was this bird??
"It... used to be. We used to be mighty. Passive, sure... but still firm. I dunno when we lost that spark." Her eyes flashed up to the Breezerock before landing on Scorchedfang's face. "Other clans noticed it too ya know. And yet here we are.... sitting and doing nothing." Cream fur began to spike in frustration. When had they fallen so low??
"I'm not sure where you came from before Twi took you in with her hundreds of other strays, but I gotta ask... did they let other cats trample all of them too? Or... did someone step up?"
Antlerglade stretched out in the clearing, curled up in on himself as he tried to keep himself warm from the cold. His thick fur helped somewhat, but it was still chilly, and being outside at night didn't really help. Maybe hunting would warm him up...
...Nah. Too cold to move. He'd sleep here instead for a bit.

Oh it was so chilly out today. Whatever was he to do? Sure his pelt was thick and warm but the heat of another body was so much warmer. Padding out into the clearing, emerald hues sweep the space for a target, only to land upon a curled up figure... That would do. More than do, honestly. Smile delicately in place, he makes his way over to lay flush against the other warrior, fluffy tail moving to curl around him.
"Aren't you cold out here, hun? Let me help with that."
