Mousekit was chasing a butterfly, not looking where she was going. She ran into Starlingpaw with an "oof!"
"Sorry!" she squeaked quickly. "I didn't mean to hit you! I was chasing this really cool bug, and I wasn't looking where I was going~" she continued to ramble. She always did this when she was nervous.

The blue-black feline blinked dispassionately downward at Mousekit. "Oh." They said, unbothered that the kit had run into their side. It hadn't tipped them off-balance in the least. "It's okay." Starlingpaw murmured, gaze flitting around the clearing for whoever was supposed to be taking care of this kit. "Where's your parent?"
Rufflekit came skidding into the clearing face first after tripping trying to leave the nursery in such a rush. The bengal got back up after dusting themselves off and went back to seeing if someone would play with him. He was sure no one seen that little incident a few minutes ago, even if they did he'd try to play it off.

He could tell the apprentice was still young but then again, he himself was only 10 moons

He had just been preparing to get right back to it when another interruption waltzed right on over. Smolderingpaw turned with a biting insult on his tongue, but it quickly died when he saw who it was and how they spoke to him. Hooray! No more Meanypaw!
"Frigidpaw was being a butt," he announced. "She called me Fee- Feh- Fee-tuss-paw! I don't know what that means, but it sounds rude!"

The prince made his way out of the nursery. The tom sat down in front of the entrance and let out a yawn. Green eyes surveyed the clearing. The toms eyes stopped on a ginger she-cat sitting by yhe entrance. What was she doing? Dogkit stood up and made his way over to her.
Once he was next to her but a good few mouse lengths away he sat down and stared at her, his war flicked after a few seconds when he started talking.
"What are you doing?"
