Long legs following Stinky with ease, the tom settled close to the bubbly cat, acknowledging her report with a grunt. Mimicking her gesture, Fudge dipped his head, placing the long moss sheet before the younger herb cat, emerald orbs staring at her blankly, almost as if to make sure there was nothing else he had to do here. Despite his bored countenance, he felt fidgety, needing to make sure his mentor was alright. Had returned just fine from their own patrol. Hopefully they would return soon... Maybe he should go find some prey and wait for their return. He was certain they would appreciate as much after a no doubt long day.

| Figured the moss sheet could work similar to a honeycomb or a poppy flower and provide multiple uses as needed by the meddies?

She ducked into camp, gently carrying five yellow bells. The tabby she-cat was quick to find Springpaw, dropping the flowers at the medicine cat apprentice's paws. "Mudhound's right behind me," she nodded back to where the Hornet was hopefully coming in. "I got five yellow bells, and they got four sticks and an extra bell. Anything else you need?" She hoped Springpaw would say no, if only so the injured Hornet could get their Starsdamned rest.

Seemed like Spiderthroat had the decent idea to keep things quiet until they could figure out what was what. That was fine with Bumblestar - she trusted Mudhound and Redhawk not to go around spilling secrets or letting things slip, but there were too many nosy and impulsive cats and it was better things were kept secret for the time being. As Moudhound was assigned to the baby swarm, Bumblestar gave Spiderthroat a curt nod. "Ready to head out when you are."

The due date for this punishment patrol is March 15th at 11:59 PM. You may ask for an extension for this patrol as well, up to three days after the patrol is due, which would be March 18th at 11:59 PM. This patrol only needs three responses from each cat. One arriving and accepting punishment, one at the assigned area, and another reporting back.

Patrol punishments. One of the things that she didn’t want to deal with at this time of hour whatsoever. It wasn’t like she had dealt with doing these before. Which, she hadn’t. It wasn’t often that she had the urge to even send out any punishment patrols because cats often came back with the herbs that she needed, but that didn’t seem to be the case today. With disappointment marking her features, the oriental-shaped feline went out of the den and stood in the middle of the clearing, leveling her tired blue gaze on the cats that she was currently not happy with. “Eaglespirit… Eggbite… I sent… you both… to Willow’s Rise… to search… for coltsfoot… and marigold… and yet… I have… heard no… report… on that… patrol… I am… very disappointed… in the both… of you… please… go back there… and search for… the herbs… again… or there… will… be severe… consequences.” Springpaw looked from one cat to another as she allowed her words to settle in on the both of them, her tone blunt as she awaited for both of their confirmation towards her sending them back out again.

The first patrol that came back, and yet, Springpaw was pleased by the results. The number of cobwebs that Strawberrymumble seemed to be carrying and the poppy flowers that Mistheart was holding would be enough to be suitable for her patients within the medicine den. With a smile smeared on her face, the calico nodded as she craned her head towards the medicine den. “You… both are… dismissed… please… take your… findings… to the medicine den.” It wasn’t much to ask, but Springpaw still felt pleased to know that she didn’t need to send them back out to find more.

Second patrol and Springpaw could easily say that she was just as pleased with this one’s findings as well… but she was quick to note Mudhound’s exhaustion lacing their features. A grimace was quick to form on Springpaw’s face, but she didn’t want to let it go completely noticeable, so she nodded towards Violetshine. “The… both of… you are… dismissed… please… try to rest… after… placing… your findings… inside of… the herb… storage.” Springpaw briefly glanced over towards Mudhound after explaining, angling her tail towards the narrowed entrance of the medicine den. Hopefully, the rather giddy warrior would take her words for granted. She would hate it if she had to drag them there herself.
