Pondering on that a few moments, Larkpaw shrugged, amber gaze narrowing back into focus. "Well, I'd best be going." And with a parting wave of her tail, Lark ducked back out of the apprentice's den.

that thing looks pretty odd." She gave her shoulder a lick but
kept her amber eyes pinned on the bug. "An-and who's 'Dusters'?"

Cobwebpaw mewed "He's a Ex Shadowclanner... Duskwatcher, he loved to bring me bugs to look at and would teach me their names... though he was quite odd to talk to.... he hated Crows and Ravens, would chatter on and on about how they were gonna take over the world" Cobwebpaw chuckled softly

Her eyes softened and her poster became less stiff. She felt bad
for him, she didn't know why. "He sounds odd, was he a good
friend?" from shock about a bug to a downhill conversation to
support for a lost one. There seemed to be loss with everyone
nowadays.
But That doesn't mean someone could support the
others loss. Not that this cat was incapable of doing so, but he
seemed down about it. And she'd guess his way of coping was
bugs the one thing that DuskWatcher had taught this cat or
one thing that this cat favored.

for him, she didn't know why. "He sounds odd, was he a good

asking.." She said while sitting back down in her nest , tucking
her paws under her chest. EmberPaw's amber eyes flickered
from him to the bug, then back to him for reassurance that the
bug hadn't escaped.
