He glanced at the medicine den. "Am I gonna have to go back in there?" he whimpered. He didn't wanna be in there. He didn't want to be in the same den as dad. He didn't want Sunflowerpaw to see him like this. He didn't want Wolfpaw to see his injuries. He heard bad things happen in there. That's where the sick go...and sometimes they don't come out.

... Mothflame wasn't quite sure how to answer the question. Letting out a soft breath, she gave a reassuring tap on the apprentice's shoulder with the tip of her tail.
"You might," she said simply. "But you're going to be fine. Wolfpaw can check for any injuries that need treatment, and you'll be all good to go." She hoped this helped to at least settle the apprentice's nerves. She understood how he felt. She'd been there too. Scared, anxious, but she'd had friends and family around her that helped her through it. And she was determined to give Slypaw a proper family, a family he never truly had. A loving family.

Fleakit was being a little bold and getting near the exit of the camp. He didn't want to leave but he wanted to get a good look of things. The smells were so interesting! So badly did he want to walk out like his siblings did but he forgot to ask to become a paw almost a moon ago, he didn't want to be held back another moon.
Not quite satisfied with his view, a burning curiosity made him climb up a nearby rock to look out to the outside. It was so cool being up high like this! It made him envious of birds and cats who knew how to climb... And get down. Clearly he got the up part down already. Then he heard the sound of paws coming towards, or thought he heard them. Regardless, he jumped down and.... Landed square on a thorn.
"DANG FIRE BUTT SNAIL SPIT!" Fleakit shout thinking of random words he didn't like.
A soft cream colored she-cat with black and white splotches stepped out of the apprentice den. Her face was split down the line, half of her face was dark as night while the other half was light. Not only that her eyes were mismatched colors, on the dark side her eye was green and on the light side blue. Also on the dark side her eye was scarred with three claw marks that missed her eye, and in the middle of her face a long scar. Splitpaw yawned as she looked around the clearing at the other cats, it was a nice day for relaxing. Her gaze shifted to the fresh kill pile as her stomach growled, with a sigh Splitpaw padded over to the fresh kill pile and scanned its continence. Bird, Squirrel...and so many others. Bending down, Splitpaw picked up a bird before turning her gaze again to the clearing for a spot to sit.

Cloudedpaw's stomach growled with hunger. He watched as...Splitpaw was her name? He watched as she took a bird from the pile. The only bird. He snarled, catching up with her. Hey! I was gonna eat that! He hissed, narrowing his eyes.

Lynxkit wanders out of the nursery just in time to see Cloudedpaw snarling at Splitpaw. He doesn't know why the apprentice is angry, but his eyes widen slightly. Are they going to fight? He's pretty sure Bubbles doesn't like fighting over things because Lynxkit hasn't seen any since she let him join. Either way, he decides to watch from a distance to see how it plays out. Considering he's going to be an apprentice soon, it would be best to understand his denmates' personalities as soon as possible.

Splitpaw turned her gaze on Cloudedpaw at the sound of his voice. She blinked at him before setting the bird down. "Then you can have it." she meowed, pushing it towards him with a paw. "I'll take the Squrriel." She felt someone's gaze on her, turning her eyes they landed on Lynxkit. "Hi"
