He watched as the younger she-cat limped out, following behind her, and soon catching up and trotting beside her, looking around the new territory warily. He wondered about her limp, but it could also be obvious what may have happened. The clan did just go through hell after all.
He spotted the first branch. It was smaller but something was better than nothing huh? He trotted over, wincing as he opened his mouth to grab it. It’s fine- It felt odd but it was fine.

Never one for conversation, Wrenseeker kept quiet on the journey, her focus on navigating the difficult terrain without wreaking her wrist up again or opening the wounds on her stomach. Still, the task was pretty easy. Just grab some sticks.
"Pick up what you can, if we need more we can always come back," she says, gathering together a few decently long and sturdy looking sticks and gathering them together.

Bearsnout padded over at his deputy's call, joining the group a tad late, but still able to hear what was said and give a nod. A defensive wall around the camp? That would put some of his recent anxiety at ease, as well as serve as defense, similar to their old walls.
A new group of cats? We're there Clans up here in the mountains too? Or just a group of outsiders? StarClan, that put him on edge and made him wary. Just another thing to add to the list of worries. Hopefully they wouldn't be hostile, but for now only time would tell. He wondered when things would get to the point that this information would be shared with the Clan. For the time being, however, it seems that they'd keep quiet and not worry everyone. Best case scenario, this would just be extra reinforcement! Worst case scenario... Bearsnout didn't want to think about that at the moment.
He was glad to be tasked with moving big rocks. He was strong and large, traits he'd gotten from his father, being a Maine Coon mix. This shouldn't be too hard. It seemed he was working with Duskleaf too. They'd been seeing each other a lot recently. "We're happy to help Dusklion." He confirmed cheerfully, then turned to find Duskleaf. "C'mon Duskleaf! Let's go start rollin' those rocks!"

@taillow - @Seamrog - Im so so sorry for the late reply, somehow I didn't see this in my notifications last night
Tulippaw groaned at being called for patrols. She hated them. She'd rather do literally anything than patrols, well maybe except chores like switching moss and bringing prey to elders and stuff. In her opinion, they could just do it themselves. That was boring. She wouldn't be caught dead enjoying chores.
Atleast it was a herb patrol, something she could actually do, even if she found them suuuuuper boring. She hadn't been taught hunting yet, all she knew was fishing, a skill she was mediocre at.
She headed to the Clearing of this "camp" and took a seat, sporting a sour look as she waited for her Clanmates. If these two didn't show, she had an excuse to not go on patrol. She probably wasn't allowed to go into the oh so dangerous mountains yet.
While waiting for the last patrol to report, the deputy perked her ears to the sound of a cat approaching her. "Already sent this batch out," she answered while doing a once-over of the warrior. Oceanclaw was his name... but beyond that Dusklion didn't know much. She was a bit concerned on why he looked so scared, but she brushed it off. "Next round I send I'll get you on a huntin' patrol, sound good?"

Stagheart nodded another goodbye to Willowtail, watching her go and interact with the other warriors. But his viewing was interrupted when he felt a soft little prod on his paw. He instinctively pulled it away, ears perking up to find the culprit. It'd felt like a mouse, or something... but no, it was little Daisykit. He let out a soft snort at his reflexes, lowering his paw to the ground.
"Oh, hi Daisykit... sorry, y'spooked me, is all," he chuckled in his gruff drawl.
He noted the brilliant blue of her eyes, matching Willowtail's identically. He nodded and pointed with his tail, firstly glancing at his paw pad. "Oh, uh... hah, thanks, kid. Willowtail's headed over there, to talk to the other warriors. She might come back here if y'wanna—"
But he cut off as Daisykit pressed closer to him. He was a bit rigid at first, not the most natural when it came to contact, but didn't pull away from the kit. She must be cold — this mountain air was enough to make him shiver from time to time, and he was a full-grown cat with a thicker pelt. Kit-fluff was warm, but her little body would certainly be chilly in conditions like this.
He was just wondering if he should say something else when Willowtail returned. He ducked his head away for a moment, as if embarrassed to be caught essentially cuddling with the kitten for warmth.
"Yeah... she was lookin' for you. Didn't take too long for her to get distracted," he huffed, pretending to sound more annoyed than he actually was. A humorous glint was in his eye as he added, "I see where she gets it from."
(omg if he ends up mentoring her it will be full circle xD)

small & nimble dark brown she-cat with darker flecks and light, leafy-green eyes | the collector
Berrypaw perked up when Willowtail walked over, flashing her a smile. "Hi, Willowp— no, Willowtail! Congratulations on your new name!" She purred, sound genuinely happy for her adoptive sibling. She flicked Willowtail's shoulder with her tail, a soft smile on her maw. "You must be really proud." Normally she wasn't so quick to be super friendly to cats she didn't know too well, but Willowtail had only ever been nice to her — and sharing in their slight awkwardness around new cats was endearing. So she felt herself warm up pretty quickly, wanting the she-cat to know how happy she was for her.
Willowtail purred once more at her mentor. "Haha" she mocked, flicking her tail to show it was playful as she caught onto his remark quickly. "Well if she's anything like me she'll be a great warrior" Willowtail bragged cheekily. Sitting beside her mentor once again, her tail gently brushing Daisykit's head as she slowly drifted into a comofrtable nap. "Good thing she loves sleeping, nap time was so hard for, my mother scolded me once for sneaking out to cuddle with Hawksun in the warriors den." Willowtail remembered, her eyes filled with longing as she thought about the old memoeries.
Daisykit stirred a small bit and looked at Stagheart, "Stagheartt..." Daisykit murmured. "Next time you visit me in the den.... could you bring me a moss ball? I tried playing it once......... the other kits didn't let me in because they said I was to small... At least Softkit plays with me..." Daisykit murmured. Looking at her friend as she went into the nursery.
Sweetsap padded to Willowtail's side and licked her ear. "I'm proud of you Willowtail, your name surely fits." She purred. "Softkit went for a nap, be sure to visit her later." Sweetsap murmured, nodding a shy farewell to Stagheart as she passed him, her tail brushing Willowtail's side in goodbye.
Willowtail gave a big purr. Accepting the flick on her shoulder by touching her muzzle to Berrypaw's shoulder, "Thank you! Willowtail..... I feel proud just saying it" She purred brightly, her long tail, which clearly gave her her name, stuck up in the delight of the situation. Willowtail watched Daisykit's cute prod as she curled up beside Stagheart, "Cute... I love them. " Willowtail teased gently, "I can't wait until you get your medicine cat name!!! I bet it's gonna be super pretty! Like Berryleaf or Berryshine..... I like those names" Willowtail purred, suddenly shooting Berrypaw a mischvous look, "Just wait! With you being a medicine cat and me being a warrior! Were gonna be unstoppable!" Willowtail exclaimed, then flattened her ears, adding quickly. "And wise... and cool and stuff" She akwardly mewed, seemingly realizing she'd gotten a little bit to hyper.

Berrypaw was pleasantly surprised to see how affectionate and grateful Willowpaw was, glad that her intentional kindness hadn't gone unappreciated. Her eyes glistened a bit as Willowpaw mentioned the part about herbs and need someone to talk to, feeling her chest warm from the words.
"Oh, that's so kind of you to say. I've... never really had someone like that," she admitted quietly, a somber smile on her maw. Being found as an only kit, she never had any siblings — Stagheart had always been there for her when he could, but he'd always been a busy and dependable warrior — he couldn't hang out in the nursery like a queen. She'd been really lonely in that nursery, spending moons mainly talking to herself or the sky. Besides that, a lot of cats didn't necessarily want to hang around a non-Clanborn cat...
At the comment about Daisykit, Berrypaw let out a mrrow of amusement, agreeing that Daisykit was an earful but an adorable one. Berry never had the heart to tell the kit to quiet down. At the mention of being related, Berrypaw smiled and nodded.
"I'd love to tell her that we're family, of sorts... not being from the same mother, of course, which is why we look so different. But hey... that doesn't mean we have to be any less family, right?" She offered optimistically, more than happy to appease little Daisykit's hopes.
When Willowpaw started to speak about her father from WindClan, Berrypaw's eyes widened. She laid her tail on Willow's shoulder she spoke, a silent encouragement to keep going, even though she could tell the words were difficult. Berrypaw let Willowpaw scoot closer to her, lightly brushing her flank in an effort to comfort her as she slowly put together what the apprentice was fully saying. A shudder ran through Berrypaw, and she briefly shook her head in disbelief of the situation.
"I'm... so sorry to hear that. Some cats can be so cruel..." Her eyes glistened with emotion, genuinely grieving the fact that some could be driven to such cruelty. "But... you don't have to worry about him anymore, okay? You're with us, and you're full RiverClan in our eyes. If Watertail ever tried anything... I'm sure Stagheart would be more than happy to handle it," she added, thinking about how ferociously Stagheart had fought on her own behalf during the 3v1. She didn't imagine that'd be too far off for Willowpaw, either.
She ducked her head a bit as she added, "A-And I don't mind that you're half-Clan... you know, I'm not Clanborn myself. Stagheart found me when I was abandoned as a kit... then he brought me in." She paused a moment, still finding it hard to not be shameful when she admitted her heritage (having other kits and warriors make remarks about it was enough to stick in her head). "It's been hard to feel truly RiverClan, especially because I wasn't cut out to be a warrior... but I have a new path now, one that fits me much better." She lifted her bright green gaze to Willowpaw's blue eyes, smiling gently. "I've felt alone for awhile, but these past few moons have been better... and it's nice to not be alone anymore, you know?"
Willowpaw purred brightly as Berrypaw agreed to make little Daisykit's hopes and dreams a small bit more of a reality. "Thank you" she purred. As Berrypaw listened to Willowpaw's somber story, Berrypaw had comforted her, accepting the tail with a small, grateful gleam in her eye, Willowpaw let her emotions out, once she was done Berrypaw had given her condolences. Listening to the she-cat comfort her Willowpaw pressed her head against Berrypaw's shoulder, a bit shy now as she gave a small, wordless purr of many thanks. "Your not clan born? I-i never knew that...... it makes me feel better that i'm not alone.... thank you so much." Willowpaw mewed, her feeling genuine and the emotion in her eyes was gratfulness and affection. "You being not clanborn is honestly unqiue to me, it makes you unique and, regardless if you are or aren't clanborn. Your a very pretty cat. Personality and looks wise." Willowpaw purred. "I'll make sure you never feel alone again. I'll always be here to talk to you, or even just stand beside you when things are tough, they never get easier." Giving a small sigh Willowpaw mewed, "Trust me, but they always get better at one point. You just have to work hard."
Managing a tiny purr at Stagheart dealing with Watertail, Willowpaw straightened up... "Well... Stagheart's a good cat...... I don't think he would fight without reason.... it might seem cruel to say but I wish some cat would but Watertail in his place. He got my mother pregnant while she was sick, which is why she died. And then fought against my uncle Hawksun and also killed him. " Willowpaw bitterly meowed, "So if Stagheart fought him, not just as Stagheart's apprentice, or a Riverclan apprentice. I would fight him..... I know fighting isn't the way to go about things....... it's just......... it makes me mad" Willowpaw sighed gently, holding back her harsh tone, instead revealing it in her long tail flicking side to side. Willowpaw looked at Berrypaw's beautiful green eyes and offered a tiny smile, "I'm sorry..... I got mad.. but I truly will protect you....I vow from here on out to protect you! Not just as a Riverclan apprentice but as..." Willowpaw looked a bit shy and mewed. "But as your... y'know sister" Willowpaw finished. Willowpaw realized between her getting mad and vowing to protect Berrypaw, there was no switch in the conversation, so it was just all random. "Sorry..... I blabbed on again...." Willowpaw apologized

He nodded. “I’ll try n’ carry ‘s much ‘s I can. I’ll try to get some on my back too.” He said, struggling to talk a bit between his jaw and now the stick he was trying to carry just made his life harder.
“I’ll fin’ a few more then we cn’ drop em off n’ get more.” He stated, going to a small area of what appeared to be fallen sticks and picking them up in crafty ways, curling his paw around one to hold it and forcing him to limp. He had two in his mouth and figured out how to tightly curl his tail around the last one he could carry. “I’m sure this looks stupid.” He mused to the younger warrior.

okay. What happened. Apparently Redwater and Eveningthaw decided to evaporate into thin air. Frustrated, antler stormed back to camo, dropping his mouse at the deputy's paws. "Redwater n Eveninthaw decided to vanish on me. Appeared in camp and seemed to evaporate after that," he reported, green eyes filled with rage. "Doesn't help I' not that good at land huntin" he snarled under his breath.

The pain of his heartbreak last night was still fresh as antlerbranch trudged out of thr warriors den, Wisteriawren's flower gift weaved into the fur of his head. His green eyes glazed with pain and exhaustion. He needed to get out of camp.
"I have feelings for someone else."
Those words were imprinted in the tom's mind. Of course the cat he trusted and loved more than anything was the one to shatter his heart to pieces. His dark brown fur ruffled up, he didn't want to be anywhere near... Her.
His eyes bounced from cat to cat before landing on Dusklion. Hid paws swiftly walked over, the large fluffy tom looking down on the smaller deputy. "Dusklion. Huntin. Now. I need to get away, so I'm dragged you with," he snarled. He wasn't going to elaborate any further. There was no way he was going to tell anyone he got rejected by the cat he loved. Who would even care? The warrior turned his head away wiping the tears forming in his eyes.
