Slatepaw looked between the felines, his gaze studying them both as she awaited to follow them out into the territory. Her eyes were wide with anxiety since her mentor wasn't in this patrol, but she would make it work. She had to learn to be self-sufficient, right? "I- I'm ready when you are," she spoke softly.

Silentleap gazed around at the camp, happy that everything was now over, until his eyes laid on Cowtuft [ @x ghostie ]. Were they... gesturing to him?

Oh. They were.

A... herb patrol?
Great!

He was going with Snowybreeze and Goldenpaw?
Also great.

Silentleap bounded up to Snowybreeze.
"Alright, let's wait for Goldenpaw."

At the sound of patrols being called, Goldenpaw lifted his head up and looked around to see if he could spot his patrolmates. Stomach churning with a sudden bolt of apprehension, he stood and made his way over to two warriors before he could even entertain the thought of staying behind.

Managing a polite nod to the others, his eyes flickered between Mousefern and Dapplebreeze before settling on a point somewhere outside the camp.

Goldenpaw had been watching Cowtuft approach different cats in the clearing, a thoughtful frown on his face. He'd had little experience with the gestures that the medicine cat used, but if this was about herb patrols then he felt it'd be best to pay attention, just in case he accidentally missed something.

His focus paid off as he caught a gesture towards him. Giving his chest fur a brief lick, Goldenpaw rose to his paws and padded up to Silentleap and Snowybreeze. "I'm here," he meowed quietly.

Mousefern smiled up at the cream-coloured molly as she approached, dipping her head in greeting. “Of course, we will–After all that’s been going on, it’s nice to get back to a sense of normalcy, as well.” Although she wasn’t quite used to their new camp, it still felt like home–a new home that she had to get used to, but still, home nonetheless.

“Goldenpaw!” She greeted the apprentice cheerfully. They hadn’t interacted much, but she could imagine that he was feeling a bit anxious about going on this patrol. Both Mousefern and Dapplebreeze were kind, though, so he had nothing to worry about, and she wanted to show him that! “We’re all here, so let’s head out!”

Halfpaw lumbered up to look for the others

What in the world had she done to make Fallownose think she was responsible enough to lead a patrol? Dreamlight swiftly got to her paws at the call of her name. Oddly enough, she was pretty certain this was her first being called for an official patrol since she's been a paw. And of course, she was leading it. The small, pudgy, lilac-gray she-cat quickly made her way over to her patrol mates, noting that she was the last to arrive. Great impression.

"Awesome, we're all here. Let's head out then, Slatepaw, stay close please." She adds, picking on the clear anxiety that the apprentice was portraying. Dreamlight inwardly felt exactly the same as the apprentice, but she channeled her inner Twilightstar and prayed that this patrol wouldn't be a disaster. Or worse she gets them lost. The warrior leads them out of the camp and into just going to have to swiftly learn how to navigate.

They chortled as they appeared, showing up not long after Peachfrost. They flicked their tail as they arrived, a sort of hello before turning to look towards the territory. She wouldn't leave until the older ones had, but she much preferred being out of camp than being stuck within it's walls.

Mismatched hues wary, Berryfrost smiled faintly at her cousin before turning her attention to her two patrolmates. "S-sunskip? Runningpaw?" The molly asked, prodding (or attempting to) at each of the cats in turn.
