The clouded tabby cat shook out his pelt. Sparrowpaw, Sparrowpaw... Where was this Sparrowpaw? And why did their name have to be a bird? Of all things... well, at the very least, Buzzardpaw needed not to worry about birds here. After all, this was a dream, and Icestar seemed to be controlling it. That was... alright. Anyway... Sparrowpaw. Where? Was? This? Cat??? His eye was scanning the area, but he found no one who matched the name.

Fadedpaw hoped she looked brave. This cat seemed more trained then her. It's hard when your mentor doesn't train you very much. She noticed the missing leg and noticed that Stempaw is probably a lot more trained.

Excitement soared through the molly when her emerald-colored eyes met her Aunt's dark amber ones. But of course, Aunty Icestar had to play it cool and continue on giving directions. It was nice to have her idol close by once more. Smiling and nodding Duskpaw padded over to Burningspark. She never got around to meet the warriors of the clan to familiarize herself with so at the moment the tom before her was a stranger.

Rumblepaw puffed out his chest as his name was called and immediately spun to find his partner. Turned out he didn't have to look hard, because she was already coming his way! He ducked into an exaggerated bow as she approached. "That is I!" he crowed proudly. "Lovely to make your acquaintance, Darkpaw!" He straightened and glanced over his shoulder at Icestar, one large ear slowly falling to the side. "What kind of moves do you think we'll be learning?" he asked in a normal voice.

Rumblepaw was.. kind of funny. Cool. She wouldn't be the only one talking for once! Darkpaw kind of smiled at what he had said and watched as he looked at Icestar. She thought for a moment before answering, "Uhh, maybe just some regular battle techniques?" She wasn't really sure, then again, this would be nice. All of her mentors kind of.. neglected her. Including Blackie. She held back a shudder at the thought of her brother, Blackhaze. He was dead. And she was alone, again. The dark furred she-cat focused her attention on the other apprentice. Forget Blackie, he was fine without her. So, she was fine without him.

“I hope she teaches us something fierce!” Rumblepaw reared up on his back legs and swiped at the air a few times. “Think about it. Icestar, the greatest leader ShadowClan has ever seen - and maybe the whole forest! - teaching us battle moves! We’d be unstoppable!” Icestar’s death had been bad luck, plain and simple, as far as Rumblepaw was concerned. He fell back to all fours and returned Darkpaw’s smile with a toothy grin. “Of course, anything would be awesome, right? This is Icestar who’ll be teaching us!”

Darkpaw giggled at his response and grin, "Yeah! We're getting taught by THE Icestar!" Though, a memory lingered. When she was a kit, so she pushed it away. It'd probably be best to bury it. "You know, you seem nice! I think I'll like training with you!" She returned his grin with her own, her eyes seemed to smile with her. When the she-cat stopped grinning, her eyes were filled with interest. This cat was nice! Unlike most she met. He'd be an fun friend to be around! Well, if she found him in the waking world.
