"of course go ahead " Lionwhisker said to the once deputy . He walked by his side in case he needed help. Watching sageflury bring in the herbs made him a bit shocked. Why handt she just ripped of bark ? Use it as a plank? Anywho he gave a smile "thank you . That's enough your free to go " he saw that she did grab some so there was no need to keep her there longer.

Looking out of the den "CONDORPAW! The den is done, drag the two over here sageflurry was kind enough to get us some more supplies" he hollard with pointed ears.

[Blitz]

Blizzardpaw had brought in a large peice of moss and was making the new nest for the apprentice den. His eyes filled of tiredness but he couldn't stop working now.

He swept his gaze around the den as he stumbled inside. It was fairly empty, he noticed, with no nests and just the small pile of herbs that Sageflurry had gathered. So, he settled down next to the wall with a sigh of relief, glad to be off of his paws. They were blistered from the heat of the flames and hurt like hell, and he started to lap at them gingerly as he waited for whatever Lionwhisker needed to do.

Oh thank the stars. He didn't have to perform this weird blister-y mess out in the clearing! Nodding his head towards Lionpaw, then Frostpaw - assuming they had also heard Lionwhisker's call - Condorpaw would tuck the flower paste into one cheek, followed by a shudder. He made his way towards Frostpaw, thinking for a moment on how to transport her... without getting the mixture everywhere.

"Uhh.. Lionpaw. You can walk alright, yeah?" He would wave him over. It hadn't looked like Ivorypaw returned with the water, so it would only be them. "Erm... Frostpaw, prop a front paw over each of our backs and we'll support you over to the medicine den." Yeah. That sounded smart enough. As long as the other two were on board with this plan (and once the motions had actually been made) Condorpaw would begin escorting the two charred clanmates towards the new medicine den.

Ivorypaw shortly returned with moss drenched in water she held it in her jaw relieved to find them entering the new Medicine Cat’s den,”wht shd ahh duh width da wter sked mss?“ (what should I do with the water soaked moss) she asked not wanting to get it dirty to speak. She wanted to be more useful than just carrying wet moss, she didn’t realize how important water could be, but she felt that was rather useless.

Ugh. Please no. That wasn't who he thought it was? Fur rising along his spine, Condorpaw slowly turned, lips curled out to find the... source of this cheerful - although he was pretty sure he knew who it was. When green eyes landed on his father, Rainsong, the apprentice let out a quiet groan.

"Whaaaaattttt?" A long drawn out groan would sound out from him, in similar fashion to Rainsong's call. As his tail lashed wildly behind him, he would still slowly, and dramatically, drag himself towards the other,

"Whaaaat? What do you want?"

Littlekit was looking around very confused. Wow! He was thinking. He was looking for his leader. He found her! Thank goodness. I’m not trying to be Brady but can I please become an apprentice? I’ve worked so hard to become one. I’m 7 moons. I know that this is a hard time but if I became an apprentice it would the clan. I’m smart, strong, fast, and much much more! Please. Next meeting? he asked very very nervous. @hxney

there he was -- see, he knew it wouldn't be as hard as he'd thought to find his beloved child. condorpaw could just identify rainsong in a crowd full of others! he'd done such a good job as a parent that condorpaw knew what his voice sounded like (which was setting pretty low standards, but it was a start!). "whaaaat i want! is to spend time with my dearest kiddooooo~!" rainsong sang the last part, giving condorpaw a thin smile.

deciding to ignore condorpaw's groan, rainsong began thinking up... father/son bonding activities. hrm... they could go camping out in the territory. or make flower decorations. or they could.. race each other. play with a ball? collect pretty things. what about hunting? or maybe condorpaw wanted to go collect something else! rainsong had so many ideas! maybe they could try doing all of them, which would take a while, and by the time they were done the sun would begin to set and they could look at the stars together... perfect!

they were going to have such a fun time.

Icekit scrambled in "dad? dad are you ok?" she ran over to him and nuzzled him pressing against him.

He raised his head to blink at Icekit, and a small, wavering smile upturned the corners of his mouth. "Hey there, kiddo," he greeted, wrapping a paw around her in a small hug. "I'm fine. Just have some burnt feet, is all. Nothing to worry about, okay?" He wasn't going to tell her about the coughing fits he'd been having. She already seemed to be worried enough, and he didn't see any point in adding to that.
