She scoffed. "You are setting unrealistic expectations. You are physically incapable of completing all of that." The dust-colored cat flicked her tail, annoyance filling her gaze. "You speak as if Riverclan will allow you back in. You were exiled they couldn't care less if you return."

"I will not allow you the satisfaction of a return."

Bogtumble ignored the beggar's comment and turned to the others, pouting and clearly resisting the urge to throw a tantrum. "You're all BORING! What's the harm in a little leeway, huh? Just let her throughhhhh already, or- or I will find a way to do it and then none of you will be happy!"

That’s what Snowleopard was looking for…the Warden nods slowly as she follows along. Darkforest shecat taking note of each ‘promises’ that Shellwhisker made. The bengal would be watching, she was about to speak before Dewkit and Dustpoppy’s cynical outlooks were announced first. She goes quiet, listening to each of her fellow Wardens speak- Even letting Bogtumble get input in (regrettably as always, of course….)

Her tail flicks in subtle irritation but Snowleopard avoided letting it show further than that, clearing her head with a soft inhale. Blue-grey eyes looking to Dewkit. “You do not know such things. One’s faults do not define them…and I know that sounds somewhat hypocritical coming from me of all cats. But I think that even with Shellwhisker’s shortcomings that she can do better. Allow someone to prove they can improve before filing them into a single nest! All it takes is effort and dedication, is that not what we are here to prove one has before living once more?”

The Warden keeps her thoughts running before speaking again after her pause. Head twisting to look at the other Darkforest member. “Yes, it is true that exile, in own right, is a terrible thing but she was doing what she thought was best at the time, you cannot drag someone for following their own morals, Dustpoppy. Do you think every Kitten or Apprentice that strives to be Leader should stop believing that they have even the smallest, mice sized opportunity to become something bigger than a Warrior simply because it’s unrealistic?”

Snowleopard closes her maw, taking a breath or three before turning to Shellwhisker. She clears her throat, voice taking a more optimistic tone than her peers. “Shellwhisker…you had the opportunity to do great things, and I see a spark in your eye that Riverclan may need of you are allowed to return in full. I am giving you a yes….but I cannot promise you of any change of the tides with the other Wardens. Stars, or Stormstar’s decision on your return to Riverclan. I truly hope that if you are to rejoin the living, you improve yourself. Not for selfish reasons but to protect those you hold dear and that you call family. I also request, that as well, you do not make the same mistakes.”

Shellwhisker has been given a yes from Snowleopard. Yet despite this….she is still denied, unless one of the other Wardens switch their answer/have a change of heart. ]
