Why should this character be featured?: My son!! My-- okay, Wisteriawren's son, and if you ask her, he can do no wrong. In reality though, that's not even the half of it. He and his brothers are almost to their apprentice ceremony... that is, if they don't get caught sneaking out of camp and get held back. Oh yeah, he's a handful too, and the bane of his existence are baths. Maybe don't mention those around him. From freaking out over his brother being 'posessed' to joining said brother in playing pranks on an unsuspecting mother, it's only so long before the little lad is subjected onto some poor, oblivious blessed warrior. RiverClan beware...

Why should this character be featured?: Beechpaw? No, Beechray. The girl is so energetic and cares so much about other cats. Cloudedpaw is angy at her for getting ahead of him, but he'll get over it. He already has! So hyped for cloudedpaw and Mantispaw to be warriors so we have a love triangle here!

Why should this character be featured?: Such a wonderfully written partner-in-crime to the chaos bringer (Scorp). He's developed so much over the last few months from being sad or angry to finally opening up and getting his niche in the clan. I've loved watching her personality grow and develop. Rani depicts it so well in every post I've had the pleasure of writing. Also.... c'mon BleedingWarrior!! You're long overdue!!!

Why should this character be featured?: Fleetpaw is a character I've gotten to interact with in recent months and he's grown on me! His timid personality where he's slowly building confidence is absolutely adorable to read. I can see this character continuing on with the Tunneler stuff in WindClan and creating something awesome with it or at least spreading the joys of that role to more of the Clan! I'm looking forward to reading more from him!

I love Dazecloud. What a silly. He is overwhelmed constantly but he handles it like a champ. Oh wait, nope, he's, uh, sobbing in the corner. Oh well. He's a great cat and he's such a silly!

Why should this character be featured?: She is literally the sweetest character! I enjoy how she interacts with Dogkit and how caring she is and it seems that Dogkit really enjoys her company. I also think she is a well written character. ^^

Character Faction [indicate if outsider]: Windclan Why should this character be featured?: Coldpaw is so sweet and hand working Estelle treats her so well she- OH DEAR GOD SHE SKINNED HER ALIVE! Listen ok ignore her bleeding out Coldpaw is just plain fun. Her relationships are interesting, her interactions with her disability is fun and you can just see her future stretch out in front of her and Im gonna watch it bloom~

Why should this character be featured?: How many times can you kill and horribly hurt a non leader character and continue to devastate everyone around you? Velli is set to find out and with Violetfreckles mate in a coma she has opportunity. Oh dear lord.

Why should this character be featured?:What the- MUDHOUND????? ONE OF THE GOOFIEST CATS IN THUNDERCLAN???And why should they win? Oh, lemme tell ya. First off, just look at them! They're a cuddly giant who is just happy happy happy despite everything that's happened, such as loosing a leg! I love reading their posts, and they never fail to make me giggle and crack a smile, Mud is just so heartwarming and goofy!! Despite being a silly cat they know when to be serious and when not to joke around too, such as comforting a cat their close to like 'Puppy' and 'Sprucy' and 'Bumble-sis' - yes, nicknames!! Nicknames for everyone. Bumble-sis gets a nickname for being sister, Sprucy and Puppy and Quackers since Mudhound has taken them under their wing, Spider-dude and Woofie for their friends, so many good ones! And then Mudhound was sad after loosing woofie (Wolfhive) and it was just so heartbreaking to read, how they acted with the sick and after their nephews death, I just wished I could give them a big ol hug through the screen. But they're bouncy again and also kinda on the edge of death! Wait what?!?

In summary, Mudhound is a goofy character and i love how silly n bouncy they are, and they 1000% deserve COTM

Why should this character be featured?:

Okay, I love Dally. He's a new character, but already seems very fleshed out. His cold demeanor is contrasted by his big heart, although he refuses to show it. He does care, though, and that is clear from his interactions with my outsider, Soda.

"He scoffed, stopping as he turned to look at Sodapop, eyes gleaming with a somewhat cold look, that dangerous gleam he got in his eyes."

^ This is just more proof as to how Dally tries to not care but eventually does. Dal is also just so silly. He has about 5 different nicknames for Soda alone, and they never fail to make me laugh.

Dallas himself is full of mysteries, and although he has made references to his past, we know next to nothing. I'm excited to see how crow decides to reveal his past, and to see more of Dally and Soda's interactions

Why should this character be featured?: I (well, Shrikepaw) had the joy of being placed on patrol with this girlie the other month, and she is just so sweet! Her inner monolgue is so interesting, and her speech is so lovely to read: "Greetings, my dears. I see you are all energy and wonder in this gloomy day. Why, not even sunlight could brighten up this clearing more than you two darlings even if the rain were to stop this very instant. Let's see if this old she-cat can keep up with you both," overall just a beautifully written character, that really shows off Alchemist's range.

Why should this character be featured?: I feel like I'm always seeing Mosstangle around ShadowClan - this cat's always up to something!! She's very dedicated to her role and her apprentice, not to mention I think her name's REALLY cool haha. Namen_Roodles does a great job writing her. I'm very excited to learn more about this cat, and see where she goes next!

Why should this character be featured?: what a magnificent character. bleedingpaw really stands out to me in the way he developed since first joining shadowclan. he feels so real, with his struggles dealing with lostsparks death but especially with his deeper understanding and awareness of society, be that in regards to the way the clan treats rookfire or how the clans as a whole operate. hes attentive, sensitive and smart, never putting himself above others to feel better.

i think his humanity really sets him apart from a lot of other characters. hes not a flashy hero always needing to be in the spotlight, hes the quiet comfort of a kind friend.
every action feels relevant and intentional.

overall a character i actively go out of my way to read and looking forward to his future rank-up opening a door to a new era.

Character Name: mudslide [ @Marigoldwhisper ]

Why should this character be featured?: mudslides range really shocked me. sure she usually prefers to stick to herself and quietly do her thing, but seeing her in a more emotional state was really special to me. she deals with a lot of insecurities and struggles in day to day life but faced with her mother in a scary, all too familiar place, she sort of transformed right before my eyes. not from quiet and recluse to outgoing or anything, but the strain that this situation put on her brought usually internalised feeling to the surface and pushed her to do things she would usually flee from.

with new plots coming up, i am thrilled to see how she will handle losing her closest friend and accept her long lost brother.
