horsetrot continued to circle trees, collecting moss as he went. had he wanted to gather cobwebs as well? how had had slipped his mind? but now that he thought about iit, perhaps it was for the better, he had never been the most gentle of all cats and didnt expect himself to be able to collect cobwebs without wrapping them around himself on accident. without further interruptions, neither by his thoughts nor the fact that his paws were green and brown from scraping them around the trees he eyed his find. a whole bunch of moss. thunderclan better be happy that he had decided to gather so much for them. now that there wasnt more he wanted to look for, he wasnt sure he could carry any more anyway, the white and russet tom turned to circle around the trees to return to vulturewhisper, whom he greeted with a short nod before going to lead them back to camp.
[ rolls for 3 moss: 8, 16, 16. total finds: 4 moss]

Catching back up with Horsetrot with a few pieces of catmint in his mouth, Vulturewhisper happily followed the other tom. “Friend" His deep, muffled voice finally spoke.

So far seemed good. Wolfhive didn't notice anything obviously problematic with Whitepaw's pose. "Yes.. now move.. forward. Watch.. your.. step; sticks.. leaves.. can.. alert... prey." He beckoned him to start moving forward, as mindful of his surroundings as possible - though Wolfhive knew if Whitepaw made noise, he wouldn't know.

Whitepaw moved forward, but crackled a few leaves and snapped a twig.

Re: ThunderClan Territory
"Watch your step--" Wolfhive cursed inwardly, reminding himself that since Whitepaw moved away, he couldn't see the words. He moved forward to be more visible to him. "... Keep... an eye... on the... ground..." He ought to talk to Bumba about this, get some advice because this was harder than anything he'd done before. Wasn't gonna give up, though - just wanted her thoughts. "Don't... step... on sticks... or leaves... it scares... prey away."

Whitepaw only really caught half of that, the not-stepping-on-stuff half. He looked down, and saw a stick, and several leaves that looked like he had stepped on him. Whitepaw when red in the cheek. "Sowy....."

Re: ThunderClan Territory
It had been... a while since Bumblestar took that tumble into the pit at the Ruins after Wolfhive. With everything else that had happened, she had been given zero time or opportunities to head back to the spot they climbed out of and investigate what she had wanted to look for. It had fallen out of sight and out of mind. But she had some breathing room now, and enough time to take a walk by herself.
So she went looking.
It didn't take long to retrace her steps to the tunnel she had climbed out of. The dirt its mouth remained undisturbed since last time, offering some relief that nothing else had decided to make the tunnel its home. A bit of digging revealed what she had been looking for - the badger skull.
It was dirty, cracked in few places, and missing a couple of teeth, but otherwise entirely intact, jaw included; a little larger than her head, but with some maneuvering, Bumblestar managed to work her teeth into the gaps at the back and pull it out of the dirt.
Carrying it back would be a bit of a challenge with the weight, but there was a good spot waiting for it at camp.
