Whitepaw flinched as the cat almost stumbled over him his hackles lifting in alarm as he almost came out of the bush. He turned to the cat who almost stepped on him, quickly speaking;

"Sh sh sh!"

He said quickly and quietly .

"You're blowing my cover!"

Whitepaw angrily whispered to the Riverclan Warrior. He seemed to be okay-sized, seeming at least 7-8 moons old with growing muscles developing under his Orange and White-splotched fur, emerald eyes glowing gently in the night. He had the scent of Shadowclan, but slightly faded, as if he hadn't been there in a while. Either way, he didn't seem pleased as the stuttering Riverclan warrior tried to apologize to him

Icetree sat down at the gathering, looking for another group of senior warriors to sit with.
Heathwing walked over to her friend. "hey!" She mewed.

As Lionstar finished speaking, Buckstar stepped forward. His paws tingled with energy as he swept his gaze over the crowd. Then, with a deep breath and a broad grin that he just couldn't seem to squash, he began.

"ThunderClan has been doing... surprisingly well, actually. I don't really have a pun to use like Mr. Handsome over here, but hey, I guess it works just as well."

First things first. Uh, the last time you all were here, Duskstar announced that I would be here new deputy, after Softbriar. Well, quite soon after, Duskstar left ThunderClan. Apparently she couldn't handle the pressure anymore. We went to the Starcave and I received my nine lives. I'm now Buckstar, leader of ThunderClan. And..." He paused, almost begrudgingly, to send Glidingfeather a quick glance. "And, Glidingfeather is now its deputy."

We've made a swift recovery after the fire. We have a new camp and we're regrowing our numbers. There seems to have been a massive boom in kits; in fact, after Deerpetal returned to us, she gave birth to Eaglekit, Crowkit, Beekit, and Rainkit."

We also have several new Clan members who recently joined! Jaypaw, Ravensong, Sparrowcloud, Cormorantkit, and Hawkkit have joined the Clan. I don't think I see them here tonight, but I'm happy to have them in ThunderClan."

Smokepaw, Flashpaw, Singepaw, and Charpaw have begun their apprentice training - if you happen to catch sight of them, give them a pat on the back for me."

And... it seems a multitude of cats have gone missing. Lionwhisker being among them, so if you happen to see him around, please direct him home. Or any of them, for that fact."

He didn't exactly fancy just putting that out there, but if there was even the slightest chance of someone finding the medicine cat and bringing him home, Buckstar was willing to risk it.

After a brief hesitant moment, he ended with, "Um, that's all," and stepped back to wrap his tail over his paws.

Having no succes in finding someone to talk to, Berrydust quietly sat down and began to listen to the announcements. She was happy to see that the other clans were doing well, but she still didn't have someone to talk to, which continued to bother her. She was starting to get angry.

And, just like that, the answer to ALL of Berrydust's prayers had appeared. In the form of wonderful, incredible, glorious Ruehop! The cream point cat bounced across the sand to the lonely-looking feline, their tongue flopping out of the side of their mouth in a goofy grin as they came to a halt in front of Berrydust, spraying sand every which way.

"GREETINGS!" they crowed. "I am RUEFLOP, your brand new incredible friend! How are you this fine evening, and what might your name be?" Seriously, what even was this cat's name? Ruehop felt as if they should know it somehow, but alas, it was whisked away from them like a petal in the breeze. So poetic, weren't they?

She turned around, startled "Hi Rueflop. My name is Berrydust", the dilute tortoiseshell replied. "I'm doing fine, thanks", she said, shaking the the sand of her fur, slightly annoyed by the loud noise.

The molly entered the gathering, just lagged a bit behind ThunderClan. She would usually go and search for someone to talk to, but this time she just sat down and waited for someone to find her.

Amberglow was giving her fur a few licks when she heard the grass near her crunch as some other cat approached her. She immediately straightened up her posture as the tom started to talk to her. "Hi there, you're welcome to sit here and chat if you'd like." The she-cat said as she offered him a warm smile. The tortoise shell quickly took a whiff of the air; it smelt like this cat was from WindClan. 'Cool.' It was not like the clan they were in mattered, though.

Jaypaw was a little freaked out of all the new cat scents. The blind apprentice hid near the back of thecrowd. The tom sat down and glanced up as Buckstar announced his name and so many others to everyone. He was completely embarrassed. Hee wasn't expecting his name to be told in front of everyone.
