[**THIS POST TAKES PLACE AFTER PRIMROSEADDER’S KITS HAVE BEEN APPRENTICED**]
Primroseadder was relieved to finally being able to leave camp now that her kits were apprentices. This meant that she could stretch her legs freely—and not in the stuffy confines of RiverClan’s camp, where most of her Clanmates were spending their time.
She had decided to stick strictly to land prey today. She didn’t know why, all she knew is that she wanted to stay on land rather than launch herself into the river. The warrior parted her jaws slightly to taste the air, satisfaction jolting through her when the scent of water vole rolled along her tongue.
Primroseadder pinpointed her quarry rather quickly, darting into the shadows to avoid being detected by her prey. Dropping into the hunter’s crouch, the RiverClanner stalked forward slowly—pawstep by quiet pawstep—before springing, emerging from the undergrowth and landing square on the water vole. Primroseadder pinned it down to the ground with her white-tipped forepaw, bending her head to give it a swift, clean bite to its spine.

Daisyfeather
"if you cannot find joy in the most horrible of moments, then what is the point of going on?"
A sweet and starry-eyed she-cat who always finds the best in situations
Age: 27 moons
Gender: She-cat
Appearence: A light gray, long-haired she-cat with green eyes and markings along with a yellow flower beside her ear.
Daisyfeather padded along the freshly defrosted spring grass, soft and green beneath her paws. Like a kitten's freshly groomed fur. Her wide, emerald eyes examined the surroundings, taking in the speckled light through the trees and the flowers gently swaying in the wind. Her eyes locked on to a large bird, juicy and plump. She hopped toward the bird with a gentle step, placing her big paws toward the fat bluebird.
The bluebird flitted it's head toward Daisyfeather and she dropped her body low, the white looking like a pile of snow contrasting against the spring plants. She gently trampled along the earthy dirt, creeping toward the unknowing bluebird. She extended her claws, preparing for attack. Her eyes narrowed, tail straightening and stiffening. Her back arched over her head, neck curving with the shape of her lean yet fluffy body. The bird reached it's wings over it head to take flight, and as it's thin, yellow legs released from the ground, Daisyfeather launched.
Her outstretched paws grappled at the bird, claw outstretched to stab into the feathery creature. But all of a sudden a sharp pain snapped into her leg and she fumbled, the bird flying away toward the clouds. Daisyfeather peered toward her hind leg, which had a minor scratch from a thorn bush. Daisyfeather stamped her foot.
"Darn it!" She snapped, "I almost had em'... well... I will find something else to eat! It's okay!"
Daisyfeather swiped her tongue over the scratch, it was barely a scratch. It wasn't even bleeding and it barely hurt. But it was rather annoying. Daisyfeather quickly noticed that Primroseadder was nearby and had caught a vole!
"Hey! Nice catch!" She purred, "I've had no luck!"

Re: RiverClan Territory
Duskclaw of RiverClan
34 moons
Duskclaw lead Claypaw to a small stream cutting through the RiverClan territory. Most of it was too shallow to swim, but there were several wider and deeper parts where the water moved slowly. Duskclaw sniffed the water before turning to face Claypaw, standing tall like a soldier going to war. "What is the first rule of water, Claypaw?"
Primroseadder looked up at the sound of another cat approaching her, her emerald gaze landing on Daisyfeather. The warrior set down her catch to respond, her tail swaying idly behind her.
“Thank ya, Daisyfeather,” the RiverClanner purred. “‘m just glad ta be outta camp now that my kits are apprentices, even though ‘m trainin’ one of ‘em. I wanted ta let Owlpaw get ta meet his new denmates before I brought ‘im out for his tour of the territory. Sharkhail ‘n Ploversnap will take Cypresspaw ‘n Brightpaw out for theirs, ‘m sure.” And Primroseadder would be sure to give them a piece of her mind if they didn’t. Brightpaw and Cypresspaw were her kits, and she would be damned if they didn’t get the training they needed. “But enough ‘bout me. How are ya holdin’ up, Daisyfeather?”

Daisyfeather smiled, "I'm alright but I haven't been able to catch anything! I think i've caught some bad luck cause I got a scratch too!" She whined, "it must be nice to be out of nursery, though"
Primroseadder’s shoulders shook with a relieved laugh. “Of course it is!” Her whiskers twitched, emerald eyes shining with amusement. “Owlpaw, Cypresspaw, Brightpaw, n their other two siblings were a pawful. You’ll understand if ya have kits of your own one day.”
@Starcrossed - idea !! what if prim and daisy were sisters? just to fill you in, prim’s father is crow’s willowpool, her mother is beaan’s almondchatter, and her sister is collapsingstars’ dewpaw! claypaw and hickorypaw are her half-siblings ^^

Daisyfeather smiled,"I hope I do have kits some day! I know its a handful but It seems so great!" She purred, imagining herself as a mother with a couple kittens.
Daisyfeather couldn't help but smile wider at the thought.
Given the circumstances, Heroneye had naturally been anticipating Seapaw's movements. She watched the apprentice approaching and slipped away at the last moment, allowing him to continue falling towards the earth. Like she'd said, she would not retaliate--not yet. Not until they sparred later, when Heroneye would find that Seapaw had begun to feel comfortable in this more unpredictable environment.
"Try again," Heroneye meowed in a firm, even voice, still crouched in her defensive position. Her eyes glinted with a silent challenge, daring the apprentice to dive back at her or attack however they saw fit.

They jumped into the air, but, oh! Maybe this was a lot harder than it seemed. He fell on the ground, not even scathing Heroneye. Hm. As Heroneye spoke, they stood back up and shook the dirt from their fur. This was a lot harder with a moving target. Okay, one more try - hopefully they'd get it this time. Brown paws raced toward Heroneye - maybe they could try to distract her, or make her think he's going a different way? They went to run to her right, but then swapped to the left, and tried to jump up again.
Seems like Winterpaw was done as well, huh? “I guess we just need to wait for Talonhive then” time was running, and they weren’t exactly sure when the other warrior would finish hunting. But they were sure he’d finish up soon
