Dusklion was staying, Seabreeze was conflicted by what that made him feel. He was happy in one sense, she was a good cat (was she?) and she has shown her care for Riverclan (by inciting war). It was scary, it was so scary and he felt like he was a kit again. Watching his parents argue when he was barely a moon old with only Cloverkit by his side to distract him but there was no distraction that could have prevented him from hearing the insults and insinuations that both his parents threw out repeatedly at Cloverkit and him. It was... It was strange, he hadn't thought about his parents in some time. His father daed and his mother gone. Though they were pointless to think about now, for now he was Seabreeze, a lionheart of Riverclan who was called upon by two leaders and a deputy to have this role. Fadingsun has asked him to protect Berrypaw so he would with his life. The queens and the kits were covered, herbs were covered, Mistyshard was protected... they needed to figure out where they were going to go before, and what about prey? Should they take some with them? Is that worth it?

Would they... how would herb retrieval and prey run where they will be for the foreseeable future because who knows when or if the clans would ever allow them back (if they would let them run in the first place.) Seabreeze sighed and shook his head to clear his thoughts for now he should check in with Berrypaw and Redmire about their plan in the evacuation. Where they will meet and the plan through camp and then he should check in with the other groups about their plans on escaping so things don't overlap and get messy during the leave. That sounded like something he could do, mostly, yeah probably. He got to his paws and waved at Berrypaw with a paw so she knew he heard his job but for now he just needs a quiet moment, and wasn't that selfish of him. He was just so tired of it all right now. Badgers, Thunder, Wind, Shadow, in-fighting, guilt, tears, rain... everything was too much.

Seabreeze made sure that Fadingsun saw that Seabreeze knew what he was assigned to do and that Berrypaw knew as well. Then the lionheart turned and left camp for just a little bit. Maybe he should collect herbs, cobwebs and marigold would be important probably in the upcoming fight? Yeah, he'll make himself useful even when taking a break so that more guilt doesn't threaten to drown him though it already was.

Well, Amberwing couldn't say she didn't expect this. At least there was sense. Some idea of living was still hoped for, at least by others.

ThunderChaser could care less for the prosecution against the leader. She’d sit quietly on the sidelines and step forward if FadingSun threatened anyone Thunder deemed incapable of fighting off the leader. She got up and walked away after hearing the meeting was over and done with. Riverclan could die for all she cared.

Dawnripple flattened her ears against her head. Battle? three-clan attack? invasion? no, no, no! This couldn't be happening. this was just like last time, with Echo. Except now, she had no one left to lose. Who would she lose next? what would she do? what could she do? she wasn't good at fighting or defending, or even battle with words. she couldn't be of use to her Clan.
...But could she? maybe she could find other ways to help. hunting, for example. she was good at that. and it would be important to keep the stronger warrior fed. and.. maybe she could help the kits and queens and medicine cat evacuate when the time came. she could do that, right?

Stormstar - RiverClan Leader

Okay, it was time. Striding out from her den with a freshly groomed pelt and eyes that sparkled with determination, Stormstar rounded the curved path upwards from her den to the overhang that looked over camp. It would serve as a good place to call meetings from; close to her den and high enough so that she could see cats gather. The sun had risen higher in the sky and more of the Clan was out and about now.

It was time to kick this new era off.

"RiverClan! Gather below me for a Clan meetin'."

Letting her voice ring out across the clearing, it exuded a natural confidence as Stormstar took a seat, waiting for the Clan to appear. Even with the heartbreak that still tore her upside following her brothers departure, even with the disappearance of Jays and the death of Mudsmoke, even with all of the pressure on her shoulders to be the leader that broke RiverClan free - Stormstar felt confident. It had become apparent during the trip home from the Starcave that this had been her destiny all along, the reason she had come to the Clan all those moons ago.

Rolling her shoulders back and sitting up taller, she swept her blue gaze across the crowd, ready for whatever challenges would come her's and RiverClan's way.

This time aware that he was not in fact asleep, Duskleaf made his way over as Dusklion called a meeting now as RiverClan's leader. Although he was a bit upset by Fadingstar's likely death after disappearing, Duskleaf was interested to see how things would be now that Dusklion was in charge, he thought she did a good job as deputy, but with a new set of challenges to face, only time would tell. It was certainly an interesting time.
