Vixensnarl growled in annoyance as she stalked to the base of the Shadowledge to call cats for punishments. She would've hoped that with harsher punishments that cats would have stopped slacking off, but it appeared that was not the case.
"Owlstorm [ @Morning! ], you didn't show up to Sorrelflare's hunting patrol so go see Dawnstar for punishment. Stoneflight [ @Airiaty ], Dappledleaf claims that you hunted, yet you never placed your catch on the pile. Flamecall [ @Willowfern ], you never reported your patrol. Ruepaw [ @neptune ], you come to me and give me an explanation as to why I shouldn't demote you to a kit."
@Undertaker
[OOC: Dawnstar will be handling warrior punishments while Vixensnarl handles apprentices]

Ruepaw felt a little frustrated at the uptight suckup who called out his name so snidely. As he approaches, his eyes search for Flamecall, who had been sent elsewhere.
Finally he glowers up at the enforcer. "I don't see why you're bringing up why they haven't reported or done patrols but you're asking me something different." It was true; Vixensnarl addressed every other cat, all warriors, in relation to their patrols. But she'd only just asked him why he shouldn't be demoted... Nothing about his patrol.
It wasn't very fair.

Vixensnarl raised an eyebrow in annoyance as Ruepaw sassed her. "I didn't realize you'd rather I demote you without having you explain why your patrol wasn't completed. Or were you not listening when I said the Flamecall never reported? Do you want me to repeat everything I say so it gets through to you? The reason I specifically addressed the warriors was so Dawnstar would know exactly why they were being sent to her. Do I need to explain exactly why you're here and what you didn't do?" Honestly, how dumb could ShadowClan apprentices get today? She literally asked the same thing of him as the others, an explanation.
His mood wasn't usually so poor, but today he'd woken on the wrong side of the nest (or it was cold, no one gave a damn about his efforts) and he was sour over everything this shecat said. "I don't care," Ruepaw responds bitterly. "Just like none of you damn grownups even care that I've never actually been taken out of camp by anyone before! Except one time where the great and glorious deputy took me to two borders! Woopdeedoo!" His pelt begins to fluff.
"Did you want me to GUESS where to go, magically? Did you want me to GUESS how to hunt properly?!" Yellow eyes were lit with childish rage now- this was their fault, warriors of ShadowClan as a whole- and no one would own up to it purely because they were far too conceited to think they had to!
"It makes no difference to me if you give me a different name."

The she-cat's ears pricked, and she went to report to Shadowfur's request. She could use the outing to stretch her legs. She smiled at the two cats and gave them polite nods of greeting.

Stoneflight stood in the Shadowclan punishments, listening to Vixensnarl’s lecture. That She-cat was spitting in fury. Stoneflight ducked his head in embarrassment. He totally forgot to pick up the mouse and two frogs he hunted and put them in the prey-pile. He shuffled his paws. Oh dear. This was dire. He was quite surprised at the retort of Ruepaw, but that was just his nature.”I’m..very ashamed, Vixensnarl. It won’t happen again.” he meowed firmly.

Fallenflower gave Willowhaze a nod, turning her attention too Shadowfur. "So where should we go?" She questioned, looking at the two cats.

[Stoneflight is actually dealing with Dawnstar since he's a warrior. In case anyone is wondering, I got an OOC excuse for Flamecall so he's exempt from punishment and Owlstorm is missing.]
The clan leader was starting to wonder why she had taken on so much work... oh wait then she remembered as she heard Vixensnarl yowling at late patrols. It was because of imbeciles like these that she was stuck taking on so much extra work. "Aw, do you want a pat on the head for being ashamed?" The giant she-cat mocked as she exited her den yawning. Dawnstar was used to not sleeping as much as the average cat, however, she might need to start taking more naps if she was going to stay awake during the day like this. "You've brought absolutely nothing back to the clan, that not something a simple "I'm sorry it won't happen again" will fix. You're getting demoted for the next three moons, Stonepaw, you'll be retrained as an apprentice, and your mentor will be Foxcall [ @perseus. ]."
Dawnstar's ears twitched as she listened to Ruepaw's sass, his excuse was a load of dung. Dawnstar couldn't be bothered to care about Ruepaw's training if the apprentice himself didn't care to inform her that he wasn't getting any training. She made the lack of training excuse null and void at the last meeting, and Ruepaw couldn't cling to it since she had stated that paws need to inform someone before they were getting snarled at about punishments that they didn't have the proper training to do the patrol. She reminded herself to go yowl at Flamecall later, as much as Dawnstar needed kits trained, if it was getting in the way of Ruepaw's training then they'd need to be taken off as an educator.

Stonepaw nodded and dipped his head. “It won’t happen again.”
Fortunately, both Fallenflower and Willowhaze appeared promptly. Good. That meant they could get out of this cold even faster. He nodded curtly as Fallenflower questioned where they were going to go. “We’ll be going to Shadow’s Break,” he announced. “I hope whatever few herbs might remain there in this season will attract whatever prey is left aboveground.”
