She said as the cat grabbed a vole— she didn’t want it but the only way to make this kits life harder was too... she snatched the vole— “Hey! You selfish little kit! I was gonna eat that!” she hissed, hiding the vole.

"Hey!" Frostkit stared up at her with round eyes. "I was going to eat that! You can't just take it. There's plenty of prey left that you can choose from." He didn't know why this cat was being so horrible. He had never met a cat that had gotten mean with him before. He made a move to retrieve the vole.

.... Great. Now Goldenclaw was starting to feel bad. He was also very offended, mind you, but... something told him to stop. However, his pride refused to apologize, and he huffed. "Well, aren’t you boring. Do you honestly think you'll continue to survive the Clan life like this? Well, that's none of my concern anyway." He tried his to look uninterested, but his dark amber eyes seemed to flicker and fail the mean look.

”Oh! Nice name!” she mewed happily, it was pretty nice to meet new cats. Especially nice ones, and this cat seemed nice enough. Hopefully, hopefully nothing could go wrong? ”Want to be friends?” she asked Moosemumble. Hopefully he would say yes— or she would be a tad bit disappointed.

Well, that was unexpected. He hated to admit it but it had taken him much longer than it should've to recognize the friendly molly and even longer to try remembering if they've ever even come across one another before, as apprentices or something. No, Moose though, No, probably not. I wasn't that much of a talker then and that certainly hasn't changed.

Nevertheless, Moosemumble couldn't help but to begin admiring her friendly nature, finding it a refreshing change of pace leading away from all of the more dull and dreary and domineering personalities one could easily find in Shadowclan. "Thank you, I could return to you the same compliment." The 'heart' suffix of her name seemed to suit her well, but what of the 'mist'? Mist was cold and obstructed your path with it's watery shadow and chilled droplets. It appears without much warning, a fake fickle cloud, and hides all that it touches......or maybe it's part of her name because her eyes happen to be misty blue?....Yeah, that has to be the case, since Moosemumble was now almost completely positive this cat was without the ability to be any type of cold, for she had a nice warm air about her that spoke of no qualities of that sort. "I wouldn't mind being friends. Forgive me if I'm not the best at being one though, this offer is foreign to me." He admitted, not a tinge of sadness in his voice, only curiosity.

Whisperkit swallowed the lump in his throat. That toothy grin of hers reminded him all too much of the gaping jaws of the cat who tried to eat him alive. His claws dug into the dirt and he squared his shoulders, trying to ignore the sound of his heart pounding in his ears. He'd tried to run from one monster, and just look how that had turned out. If she ended up being the same - vicious, cruel, with little remorse for her actions - then he'd stand his ground this time.

He scowled at her as she carried on with her rambling. Leader? Her? Ha! He didn't think so. "That idea is about as laughable as you right now," he spat, forcing the waver from his voice so that it became harsh. "I'm going to lead this Clan one day. You'll be lucky if you even make to your warrior ceremony, with that attitude of yours, and even then you wouldn't be deputy material. Some WindClan bunny could rip you to shreds because you'd be too busy basking in all of that self-glory." His chest felt like it was closing in on itself, and his heart hammered against his ribs, but he was standing up for himself, and that was what mattered. Eyes narrowed, he leaned forward to give her nose a sharp tap with a forepaw. "News flash: you're not as great as you think you are."

He dared to grin back at her, his missing piece of lip twisting his smile into a frightful sneer.

She didn't like how he looked at her. Like... she was a bad cat. Sure, the other kits weren't her biggest fans but... they didn't think she was evil. The anger and disgust in the scarred kit's eyes told Gingerkit that she was not Whisperkit's favorite denmate... thats for sure.

The russet furred cat honestly wasn't sure how to feel. Throughout her 6 moons of life, she has gotten whatever she wanted through intimidating those weaker than her. Sure, she was a smaller kit, but she knew what hurt other's feelings, what got them going, and what shut them up. Did Whisperkit know the same things? No one had ever really stood up to her this way before. Sure they had thrown snarky comments back her way, but they were never like this. Her breathing picked up slightly as she shrunk in on herself. Where did all this confidence come from? Where did all this fight come from? He should be happy!

"If a fight is what you want, fine. I'll show you that I'm not one to be messed with! She threatened. It came out a lot weaker than she wanted it to. Her nerves caused it to come out shaky, like she was wobbling on three paws. Sliding her claws out, she glared at him the best she could. I might be a little off my game, but I can still show him who's boss.

Lionkit padded out of the nursery, wanting to go off and find some cat to talk to. He wanted to talk to a apprentice or a warrior. He wanted them to teach him a simple battle move. It was always something he wanted to learn. Even if he wasn't an apprentice yet it wasn't too early to learn.

He drew himself up to his full height. Lean, lanky, but still large, and possible even slightly intimidating with the scars stretched across his body. Though traces of fear lingered in his gaze, he forced his paws to be steady. This kit was the kind of cat who preyed on others' fear. He refused to give her anymore of that satisfaction.

"Fight me, then." His whiskers twitched in thinly veiled pity. She used fear against others', but in reality she was scared herself? Interesting. He wondered what of. "If you're scared of losing control, then take it back. Put me back in my place." His own claws remained hidden. He wasn't so stupid as to attack his own Clanmate.

Rowanbreeze walked out of the Warriors den to enjoy some time out in the camp. He hadn't done anything at all today as he had just woke up. He usually got up early, but today his body told him to sleep in. The dark ginger tabby tom sat down in his usual spot and watched his clanmates around him.

Skykit looked around as she scanned the camp making sure no one saw her. She tried to leave by gong through the clearing, she laughed as she ran out of the nursery and had a devious grin plastered on her face

Hollyflame returned to camp, holding a mouse. Not terrible hunting, but not great. She set it down, and waved her tail in greeting. ¨Hi Rowanbreeze!
