Slatesting’s ruffled blue-gray fur gave Woollyflame quite a bit of amusement. His yellow gaze lingered on her messy pelt, debating whether or not to offer to help groom it. Fighting... exhaustion? He went along with this, commenting, "Oh, yes. Huge. Maybe even the size of Lionstar himself." The Somali mix sat upright at her challenge, at full attention. "Oh, reeeaally?" he challenged, mischief sparkling in his eyes. "Why not this afternoon, o wise expert?"

Slatesting gently sank against her shoulder reclining over the sun warmed grass, she was tired still. Though she was sure with some movement she’d perk right up. Or not. It was one of those days where she couldn’t really tell. She went to work at gently grooming through her chest fur moving gradually onto her sides and belly. She wouldn’t be one to ask for help, she believed she was independent as independent got.

“Lionstar himself eh? Wooow I’d love to see that go down. What did you do beg it to lay down and die on the banks for you?” Her ears flattened against her head in an amused way. She was one to often go quite far with her teasing, only because she was sure woolyflame was able to handle it. “Oh right well I’ll have to work that into my busy busy schedule”

Blizzardpaw let himself off her watching her flail and shrugged,” Looks like you need more battle training.” he commented, what he did wasn’t battle training technique either.

Honestly he hadn't even heard his name get called until Dayheart had bellowed it across the clearing. He was tucked away in one of the sunlit corners of the camp, pressed up against a rock for warmth. He was attempting to relax his muscles, he had been getting headaches recently and he figured he was just doing more physical work than usual. "sleep? pfff, who needs sleep? everyone needs sleep! but not me! i don't need sleep! well sometimes i do need sleep but then most times i don't need sleep so i sleep when i need sleep and don't sleep when i need sleep but sometimes i do sleep when i need sleep! but you also need sleep! just as soon as we finish this you can go ... do whatever you were doing! and sleep!" dayheart exclaimed in response to sleepypaw's short little comment about him needing sleep, giving his apprentice a smile. "mhm! training like fighting! i show you how to fight!" the warrior nodded, making a few hYA and kBLASH sounds as he imitated a few fake slashes in the air.

"alrighty! let's go! if you're ready to go, that is -- are you ready to go? don't worry, it won't take too long! and then you'll be able to get back to your fun apprentice stuff! and sleep! because sleeping is good for you! i'm sure you know that, though, sleepypaw." he murmured, getting ready to get out of the camp entrance/exit so that they could go learn stuff! well, sleepy was learning stuff. dayheart had to teach him the stuff so that he could learn. but maybe dayheart would learn a thing or too himself! there was always brain space to learn! unless his brain was full? maybe that was why he had such a hard time remembering peoples' names! was that deadly too? he'd have to ask.

Aspenkit follows but pauses a few times to sniff flowers and other plants around the clearing. She doesn't know if any of them are herbs, she just likes them. She looks up and hurries back over to Leopardkit. @Thornclaw1

He looked over the prey pile. Do you want to share something? He mewed. @Aspensong

"Sure, seems better to share." Aspenkit mewed and sat down. "I like anything, get something you like!"

Oh ok he grabbed a trout.

She sniffs it. "Yeah it seems good!" She purred a thanks and began to eat the tail of the trout. @Thornclaw1
