"Yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking... But you would be proud, huh? Imagine one of your kits becoming leader, medicine cat... I'll have to tell Smoothfur. Thanks, Foxclaw." The two fell into an awkward silence, and Littlerock couldn't think of anything else to say.

"Yeah..." The silence was interrupted by Littlerock's yawn. "I- I guess I better get some rest... Thanks again, Foxclaw..." He got up and padded into the warrior's den.

Juniperkit blinked then gave the other kit a soft smile "I'm saying that I may not be good enough to play. I wouldn't be very good at most games since they involve eyesight. But if you'd still like to play with me I guess I could try my hardest." he said and picked himself up and shook any dirt off "so...do you have any games in mind?" he asked, tilting his head to the side 'I made him sad because I was being rude, so i'll make it up to him.' he thought as he looked around, his pale green eyes raked across the clearing.

He gave another small blush as Zerosight told him that he was growing up. Though the fact scared the young tom. He didn't want to grow up - if he did, than that meant that Zerosight was too... and he didn't want to think about being medicine cat without his mentor he cared for. He had let this fear keep creeping up on him, but the tom knew that someday he would succeed Zerosight, and the father-like tom wouldn't be around for him anymore. But like usual, he shoved the thought away, re-storing it to the back of his mind.

The tom gave a sign of relief at the news that Suregstorm was fine and that the other clans should not have felt the affect of the fire. Not only was it good for the other clans, but also could be for Thunderclan and Windclan is the others do in fact spare them some herbs for leaf-bare. Though part of him feared that maybe their leader's wouldn't allow them to offer any herbs. He hadn't really liked Bucknight and Blazingnight at the gather, and the feeling was worse now due to Ratnight.

Northpaw closed his eyes for a moment as Zerosight informed him that Thunderclan was string, and if they didn't run into any hiccups before leaf-bare is through than they will be alright. He was trying to think about what could go wrong during that time - after all, it is a full quarter of a year. They hardly has any herbs, and there was a chance they would use most, if not all, of them on the wounded from the recent fire. Plus, what if the clan gets green-cough before they have enough herbs? He hadn't lived through a green-cough outbreak, but didn't have to to know how dangerous it was.

But he just had to have faith.

As he brought his mentor to his nest, he had expected some kind of retort. Though he was surprised that Zerosight seemed to be accepting it, but he wasn't when the older tom brought up their trip to Surgestorm. He gave a soft smile and gently touched his nose to Zerosight's forehead in reassurance. "I can go by myself - medicine cats are aloud to cross borders as long as there's a reason, right? So I'll be fine," he waved it away with his tail, though he wasn't so sure of it himself. "Then we can talk about seeing Shadowclan and Riverclan about our need for herbs. And if you don't rest, than you won't get better - and I'm not letting you leave that nest until you're better, okay?" Seeing Zerosight sick was upsetting, but he couldn't forgive himself if he let his mentor get even worse.

"I knew it!" She squeaked before being bowled over by the larger grey kit. Honeykit struggled under his weight, doing her best to push him off her back, but even with all her strength no avail. She turned her head so she could meet his blue gaze, "Never! Thunderclan never surrenders!" Her eyes sparked with playfulness but she didn't know how she was going to get out of Ashenkits grip. Suddenly she dug her small claws into the sandy ground, and with all her might, pulled her ginger body forward. While doing so Honeykit gave her back a shake, seeking to throw her friend off.

A thrush was firmly between her pearl white teeth dangling lifeless from a broken neck that ashbreeze had inflicted. Reaching the entrance she slipped through and trotted near the fresh kill pile

Littlerock padded out of the warrior's den, blinking in the light. He was hungry again- even though he'd eaten just before his nap. He blinked again and walked towards the fresh-kill pile, meaning to eat something small and hunt directly afterwards.
