Poppysong glances around, their jaw clenched. The memory of the patrol sent after the other clan meeting a while ago fills their head and they have to focus on their breathing to distract themself. It’s fine. It’s… they knew what they were doing, Poppysong knew that.

If Riverclan needs to be taught a lesson, wouldn’t talking directly be a decent way to confront them? Poppysong’s ears flatten. It seems violence is a common direction to go, but the looks like the violence will be… more bloody. Though, it’s unlikely Riverclan would want to talk at all. That bridge has been burnt.

If they tried to talk, would Riverclan launch an attack? Bring them into camp and murder them? The thought makes a shiver run down Poppysong’s spine.

Hmmm.... So Riverclan was still causing issues. It didnt look like cats were still protesting but Crowtooth didnt really feel cats were as fired up about that clan and their issues as they should be. Maybe a history lesson might help jog memories.
However...... The clan was so divided right now, so maybe a tale of times when they'd united against tough odds could be better....

However the best one he knew included (ugh) Shadowclan. At least from what Crowtooth could remember. The tom really didnt want to do anything that talked about one of the few good things they did really, as much as it was a story about windclan unity and their ability to overcome evil.

So the tale of sedgewater valley and riverclans evils to hammer in that they deserved no mercy or the coyotes to try and draw the clan together and (as much as he didnt want to) soften them to shadowclan for Twilightstars sake and ease......
Crowtooth was lost, sitting still and batting around some snow akin to a kit playing with a moss ball as he looked to the heavens, internally begging for a sign.

Yellow eyes stared at the clans and what they were doing. So much happened that it caught her attention but one cat particular, a cat of windclan caught her eye.
The star-coated molly gently leapt from her place and watched the tom with curious and eager eyes. She grimaced; though in her head she thought 'why am I even helping a cat that isn't even her kin or from her clan'. Maybe her old motherly feelings are coming back and just wanting to help the poor thing.
Sighing, she watched Crowtooth be in his thoughts.
Gently she weaved together a string of vine with a coyote's tooth attached to it. It wasn't much but it will do.
Jumping down, she dropped the tooth infront of Crowtooth, and pushed herself just a bit to make it feel like a cold wind came towards him, so he could know that Starclan got his message.

...... That was a coyote tooth on a cord that materialized from nowhere. He was watching, that thing came from nowhere in the sky and dropped right at his paws. Nothing was there but this coyote tooth and a bit of cold wind and Crowtooth was pretty sure he was going into shock.

Sure the tom had been mentally begging from guidance from starclan but he hadnt expected to recieve it!!!! Him, Crowtooth the scruffy tunneler!!!! Like sure he had this weird had to be starclan given power now but he really didnt expect some ancestor in the skies to be watching specifically him and a hesitant paw reached out to poke the took. Just to kinda make sure it was actually real. Like existed and all that and Crowtooth wasnt going insane.

Welp the tom wasnt one to ever deny starclan, he was doing the coyote story now no question. He.... He was just going to pass out for a bit now to sleep off the shock.

The coyote tooth was reverently picked up and carried back into the warriors den with by the dazed warrior.

"Er, I guess it is my job." He said looking dumbfounded, but then meowing an excuse of: "W-well, I was just letting you pick. Like a good mentor, letting you decide."

He flicked his tail holding his head up high. His dumbfounded look fades to a confident smile. "Alright then. Let's go on the territory tour!" He meowed, trying to sound cheerful, despite wanting to procrastinate on this tour.

A fox-eyed offwhite she-cat, with brown, black, dark gray speckles, and blue/green heterochromia.

VC: a light Hungarian + British accent; a purr after every "r."

Maplepaw let out a small snort, but nodded anyway.

"Wherrre?" Was all she said.

The WindClan leader swiftly jumped into the meeting, uncertain how long she'd be able to keep this mask on her face before the cracks started showing up.

At first, she thought it was a leaf, but on second glance she found it was a feather. It quickly got tangled within the limbs of the tree. She offered the warrior a light smile, seemingly catching on to what he was doing or at least trying to do. Always the sweet one. The leader reminded herself to untangle the feather after she was done with the meeting.

Her eyes shifted back to the kits in the clan as she waited for them to sit at the roots of the Galewood.

Another moon, another meeting. Cowtuft's absence, though it still hurt, as with time was becoming bearable. The WindClan leader wouldn't say she ever healed with time. The tragedies she's live through, the cats she lost, the suffering WindClan has endured. It never went away it never healed, it all sat internally etching unseen scars within her heart. Twilightstar couldn't wallow in it, appearing breakable wasn't an option for the lilac feline. So she just had to push through for a little longer anyway. The WindClan leader sprang onto the branch and glanced around the clearing.

"WindClan, gather beneath the Galewood for a Clan meeting." Twilightstar yowled.
