The tabby's ears perked at the call of another cat - it was Sundust, their medicine cat. What could he want from me...? he thought with curiosity.
As he approached him, he saw how many kits - and some apprentices - were gathered there like if Sundust was holding a class or something.

Supervise? Slowly, he realized that Sundust had organized something like a treasure hunt, and his job was actually to... look after the kits! Woah, that's an important task! He puffed out his chest. "Of course, Sundust!" Then, turning to his group, he added: "Raypaw, Sharppaw, Moonpaw. Please keep together and don't spread, ok?" Thank god I don't have any kit to look after. That would feel like too much responsibility.

He wondered secretly if he was allowed to help the three apprentices, but he gave up as he remembered that he didn't know anything about herbs. I should just let them, and make sure they follow the rules - and warnings -.

Raypaw padded around the clearing, lost. “W-who is Sootfur?” She asked, surely the clan would understand that she was new to thunderclan and still didn’t know everyone @Teddie Horror

Sootfur nodded with pleasure as all the three gathered in front of him, ready to begin. Sharppaw seemed like he had already understood the rules. "Great." He told him.
Moonpaw soon joined him with the same excitement, while Raypaw seemed nervous and confused. He blinked gratefully at Sharppaw as he apprentice helped the she-cat.

He tipped his head to one side, wondering if there was anything bothering her... but then shook it and smiled, hopefully to comfort her. "I was called Ashpaw just not long before, but I've been made a warrior recently. And I'll be helping you with his exciting treasure hunt!" He lifted his tail and twitched his whiskers, trying to convey some of his cheerfulness to the shy she-cat.
