HillClaw sat under the shade of a tree, it wasn't warm that was for sure..and he had a brief envious feeling for the cats whom weren't in the cold. He quickly brushed it away though. He was a good warrior. He shouldn't be having those thoughts, he should be taking care of his clan! Stupid HillClaw.

He flexed his claws in the dirt, his yellow eyes glancing around the camp. He needed someone to talk to. That was the problem..he was..definitely sure of it! Or was he..? HillClaw what's your problem today? Stupid.

He tensed up his shoulders and sat in a rigid bundle, cursing his mind.

"Sure, I was planning on doing that later but, I can take you now" he smiled at the cat for a split second then looked away, he wasn't great with eye contact.

Maybe she'd have better luck actually coming up with names once she sees the kits. Maybe.

Firelight nodded. He would probably have to make names after they come if he ever had kits. How are the other kits in the nursery? Are any of them going to be apprentices soon?

Wintergreenkit skidded out of the nursery, enjoying the feeling of snow on his paws. It was his second time outside, he had came out once before with his littermates. This was epic!

Oh. Oh! Grottokit brightened a bit, tail curling over his back. If it meant being crowded by all of his siblings, he could work with that for a little while. He scrunched his nose to focus as Bleedingpaw explained what they were doing. Stealth didn't seem too hard - it was just sneaking. And this was just... hide and seek?

He frowned and glanced around at his siblings, before turning to find a place to hide. The camp didn't exactly have a shortage of decent places, covered in undergrowth as it was, but a lot of it seemed to be bare... maybe the snow would help. Did snow hide scent? What about his pawprints? He clenched his jaw and glared at nothing in particular. This was already frustrating and he hadn't even started yet.

Grottokit squashed the irritation bubbling in his chest, splayed his toes, and tried to make as little noise as possible as he crept away from Bleedingpaw toward the thicket surrounding the edge of camp. His pelt was as similar color to the bare vines that twisted themselves into knots to form the wall. Once he'd slipped behind a den, he wriggled his way into the thick undergrowth and crouched, trying very hard not to disturb the snow that had settled on top. He tucked his nose between his paws and waited.
