I wasn't underestimating you, I just meant your muscle might slow you down a bit. Thornpaw mewed quickly, hoping to smooth things over. Thinking about fighting Twilighstar gave her the shivers. She could never fight her leader! And even if Twilightstar for some reason went mad, Thornpaw would have no hope of doing well at all. Twilightstar was fast, and sneaky, but also strong. Thinking about how easily she had dispatched Leopardpaw, Thornpaw gave a barely noticeable shiver. Snapping back to attention, she heard something about Twistedface. She didn't think there was a cat named that in Windclan. Maybe it was a Shadowclan cat. Those mange-fur's would have names like that. Just to check before she insulted this Twistedface, she mewed What clan is Twistedface in? before nodding affirmation that she got it. Except for the Twistedface bit. @TheNyanCatMinecart

Hazelkit padded through the nursery entrance and into the nearest nest. Twilightstar had let her off easy, but why? She'd broken the rules but only ended up having to care for the elders, only after she became an apprentice. Settling down in the moss nest, she tried to sleep but her troubled mind prevented her from doing so.

Hailstorm's eyes widened slightly at the defensive posture, and she took a small step back. Well, that was unexpected. At his apology, she let out an airy laugh, taking a small step forward. "Yes, that's my name" she responded, nodding. Apparently, a lot of cats in windclan seemed to be really tense as of late, and it kind of worried her. With the recent hostilities between shadowclan and windclan, many cats seemed to think that a battle was just around the corner. "Why, thank you!" she purred, feeling heat rush to her cheeks at the praise. Most cats were kind of used to her accent by now, so it wasn't commented on all that often any more. "It just seems...normal to me, in a way. I know it's quite different from most cats, but it is quite interesting" she shrugged, softly smiling. Ah, here it was. The inevitable joke. Beaverbounce had a bit of a reputation of being a bit of a joker most of the time, so she wasn't all that surprised. In fact, she ground it quite amusing. "Well, I'm see that! What's gotten you like that?" she asked, her eyebrows furrowing slightly.

"It is really interesting, that's for sure!" He assured, tail flicking back and forth with a smile crossing his face. Beaverbounce sure liked things that were new and interesting, it was fun for him to interact with, whether it be a trait of someone's, someone, or something. New things were always fun to figure out.
Though as she took his joke rather literally, Beaverbounce huffed out a laugh, shaking his head. "It was more of a joke, I'm not really jumpy." He meowed, tail curling around his side for a moment before he straightened it back out. "In fact, nothing makes me jumpy. I'm always prepared." Beaverbounce lowered his voice a little, a mischievous spark coming into his eyes as he stated this, smirking towards Hailstorm.

Spotting another bored looking queen, Wishpool waved her tail. Would you like to talk? she asked hopefully. She wasn't sure if it was the right thing to do, but she needed to get the Braveheart thing off her chest, and get some advice on how to tell her kits. She didn't want to scare them or anything. @Radiantshine

As soon as Coyotesnarl spoke, they had an aha moment. Of course! So they would have to use a cobweb, but it could be used to stick things on, too!! Before Coldamber even spoke up about the webs, they were on it, carefully picking one from the supply. They couldn’t damage the other webs... carefully... yes! They got one!

Holding it gently and walking back slowly, Snailswirl watched as Coldamber spat the poultice on and worked it in the wound. They would remember that method for later, as it seemed to work. When she finally stepped aside, the tabby was ready! Padding up to Fallenghost and murmuring, "Almost done", they used most of the cobweb to secure the belly wound, patting the edges into place. The remainder was used on the ear, just a little something to help.

Stepping backwards, they were done with the webs. That was it, unless they were missing something...?

Coldamber hadn't realized that Snailswirl had already gone to grab the webs when she mentioned it, and her words fell to empty air.
Unnecessary, wasted.
When she stepped aside, Snailswirl was ready with the cobwebs and she was infinitely grateful. She let them work the wrappings on, occasionally moving in to help with adjusting so it would fit right without cutting circulation, but mostly stayed out of his way to avoid causing them issues.
Once they were done, she looked their combined handiwork over and glanced at Coyotesnarl, waiting to see if they had done alright, tail occasionally absentmindedly flicking to a side.

Littlewish managed to lug himself out of the warrior's den, something that he was proud to be able to do ever since...the incident. He really shouldn't be calling it that, but it felt better than calling it the 'time when your former apprentice and Rabbitpaw's sister died 'cause you failed to protect her'. "My mentor is never around, so it's actually been quite hard to get up to a point where I feel like I'll be ready." Lynxpaw flicked her ears, before giving a shrug. "But I have went out and sought out help. Breezefeather allowed me to tag along with him and his apprentice for a battle training session, which was nice of both of them to do." She then smiled, turning to face Pumapaw. "I also went out with Beaverbounce and Reedpaw, and he taught us how to catch bats. It was a crazy experience, super hard, but it also ended up being really fun!" Lynxpaw remembered that night, it had been the scariest but also most exhilarating training she'd done so far.

"Hard to get along? I would like to think its mutual agreement to not like each other." Yes. That sound right to Pumapaw's ears at least. Didn't it? Oh it sure did. She was right and well, that was just how it was for now. Nothing could change that fact. Because it was a fact. So fluffing up her tail a bit further Pumapaw curled up further down into her nest, hoping that maybe, for once she could actually end up somewhat dry. Somewhat dry was better than completely soaked so that was like an improvement, although she couldn't help but wish there was a way that fur could just try quicker than soaking your own nest with the damned water. Yet when Lynx got into the question she'd previously asked Pumapaw couldn't help but let out a huff. "Should find that mentor and give him a smack up the head. If you're not training you'll never become a warrior. And being stuck as an apprentice forever would be very sad, at least in my opinion that is." Because it was! Imagine being stuck with Quickass for the rest of her life? that... she wasn't sure if she could survive that. Oh Lynxpaw was smarter, possibly smarter than her, but hey Puma was never going to admit that. "Seems like you had fun, I think. Maybe... if Quickass was nicer I would ask if you could tag along. We could probably beat him up in a fight together. Don't think he can withstand our shared power." Wait... she got to hunt bats? Pumapaw wanted to tag along! "Oh wow! that had to be fun! Could... you maybe teach me?" That was a big step for her to take, even requesting something. Wow. What had happened?
