Tigerkit mewled, looking around for her mother. Heathernose was... Somewhere, and the brown kit wanted to see where. Golden ear flicking, Tiger's bright golden eyes glinted mischievously as she looked around. Black-toed paws stepping lightly, the kit crept up to her mother. "Heathernose?" She mewed happily.

Tigerkit mewled, looking around for her mother. Heathernose was... Somewhere, and the brown kit wanted to see where. Golden ear flicking, Tiger's bright golden eyes glinted mischievously as she looked around. Black-toed paws stepping lightly, the kit crept up to her mother. "Heathernose?" She mewed happily.
Heathernose looked out from the nursery when she heard her name called by the tiny squeak of a kit, rushing forward when she saw little Tigerkit on her own. “Tigerkit, darling, I’m right here.” She purred softly, licking her kit between her ears. Her tone soft, despite her concern. “What are you doing out here, dear?” She asked gently, not scolding her kit but definitely concerned. Heavens these little ones were already getting to be a pawful!

Tigerkit purred at her mother, jumping up to bat playfully at her nose with black toed paws. She squinted. Then, "How come your name is Heathernose if you don't have heather on your nose?" Then tbe brown she fell about laughing, thinking it a rather hilarious situation. At the question, she stood back up, golden ear flopping over slightly. "Wanted to explore!"

Tigerkit purred at her mother, jumping up to bat playfully at her nose with black toed paws. She squinted. Then, "How come your name is Heathernose if you don't have heather on your nose?" Then tbe brown she fell about laughing, thinking it a rather hilarious situation. At the question, she stood back up, golden ear flopping over slightly. "Wanted to explore!"
Heathernose chuckled softly, exhaling a puff of air through her nose against Tigerkit's neck to tickle her gently. "Well my love, my parents named me heather because they liked it I suppose." She purred, deciding it best not to get into the topic of her brother Fernpaw... Her parents liked things that represented more, and heather bushes did just that. "I was given the name 'nose' as a warrior I suppose for my hunting ability." She explained, gently booping her daughter with her muzzle as she rolled around. Heathernose laughed softly at Tigerkit's declaration.
"Oh I see! But you are far too young still to come out here exploring on your own yet." She purred, raising a brow. Her tone and gaze more stern, but still not upset or scolding. "You could get hurt coming out here alone. So please let somecat know before you leave my side again, okay darling?" She gently licked her daughter's cheek, careful not to knock her over again.
