He's rather get his training started and done quickly.
Bonepaw's not.. the biggest fan of effort.
Hopefully, his mentor isn't busy.

Gutsgnaw, right.
So, Bonepaw went to find teeth.

And if and where he does, he'll quietly walk over to it.
"Guts." A nickname, already, something Bonepaw always does due to his manner of speaking "Teach."

small spiky-furred black tabby with striking icy blue eyes. has a huge fluffy tail & a few scars in the shapes of bite-marks across its ankles; notch in left ear. speaks in a rough & low tone of voice and smells strongly of mint & pine.

̗̀➛ Whoops. Gutsgnaw forgot about the whole 'you are entrusted with a child' thing. Haunts wasn't sure how to go about the teaching thing. Mistlewhisker had been a good mentor despite her stoic nature but even then was good at explaining. Still, when Bonepaw came up requesting it to show him somethin' it would be a crime to say no. Seriously, haunts would kick its own ass.

"Kay, let's go then little dude, " Gutsgnaw replied, hopping to its paws and leading the apprentice outside of camp. "So, I'm gonna show ya how you a hunter's crouch. Pretty much the one thing you wanna master. Basis for most skills you gotta learn. Then, you copy and we'll go from there, " It explained swiftly, dropping into a practiced hunter's crouch. Its tail stuck straight ahead, limbs spaced evenly together to hold a solid stance.

Gutsgnaw had led Bonepaw out of camp, and once bite stopped, it told him how it would be showing him the hunting crouch.
And then bat did so.

Bonepaw stared for a moment, trying to look at the crouch as much as possible.
And then he made his attempt.

It wasn't hard to get the crouch down, especially after looking at it as long as he did.
Only thing really off was the fact that his tail was a bit too high, but he was none the wiser to it.

Now Bonepaw waited for further instructions.
