Beechray yawned as blinked herself awake. She had to wake up early to train her sister, she HAD to. The she-cat took a deep breath as she padded out of the warrior's den and toward the apprentice den

"Morning Sagepaw! Wanna go out hunting? We can have a bite to eat before or after, up to you!" The warrior said with a purr, a little louder than she'd meant to. She shot an apologetic look around the den.

"Sorry" She whispered before looking back to her sister.

Yeah! You'll have to teach me though. I don't know how to hunt yet. Sagepaw murmured, gazing into her sister's amber eyes.

Beechray frowned for a moment, wow... her sister's training really had been neglected "hey, that's okay! I don't mind teachin' ya! I had to teach Mantispaw how to hunt, it's nothing to be embarrassed about" She said, a wide smile stretching across her maw.

"So... Let's start off with your crouch! You'll wanna get about this low- keep your paws about a shoulders' width apart." She paused to demonstrate the crouch, turning her attention back to her sister for her to copy her. Once she was happy with her sister's crouch she continued.

"Ok, next up is stalking. Keep your tail off the ground and your steps light- Like this" She said creeping forward a bit before turning back to her sister once more. After whatever critiquing was needed she again moved on.

"Finally your pounce! bunch all the muscles in your haunches and shoot yourself at whatever target you're goin' for" She said looking around "Try on that leaf" Beechray said pointing with her paw to a nearby leaf.
