Foxpaw was in the Riverclan clearing and was about to get some fresh-kill when he noticed Asterpaw coming ahead for the same thing. He decided to ask Asterpaw if he wanted to meet up for some fresh-kill together, though he hasn't met the apprentice before, well, properly. He wanted to relax under a tree by the apprentice's den. "Hello, my name is Foxpaw. How about you?" he said politely.

Asterpaw padded out of the apprentice's den, his tail swishing behind him. Life kinda sucked. His mom had gone missing, and so had all of his littermates. Honestly, he didn't know how to cope.

The tabby was approached by another apprentice, Foxpaw, and he tried to put a smile on his face. This was fine.

"I'm Asterpaw," he replied, greeting the other. He hoped his tone was cheery and not sullen. Not a good first impression
