Rabbitfur lounged in his nest, mulling over the recent moons. It felt like in only days, his mate Gorseflower and son Bouncepaw went missing, his apprentice was taken by Twolegs, then his friend Shimmer, and now his daughter was a warrior. Daffodilshine. The thought brought a small smile to the white tom's mournful face. Albeit briefly. He wanted to be happier for his daughter, but things were...heavy for him right now. Thank the stars she wasn't in the den right now... He curled up in his nest, wrapping his tail around his nose tightly before closing his eyes for a little nap. Maybe some rest would help.
