"Slimy fish.." Wisteria muttered, still inspecting it. "Huh." After a few more minutes of inspecting it with her bright golden eyes, the kittypet shrugged. "It sounds cool! I'll try it, Beautiful Venom!" She said cheerfully, as she took a big bite.. Oh that actually didn't taste very nice.. Wisteria did not really like this.. frog. "Eugghhh.. I um- I don't really like this, sorry, Beautiful... I think I'll stick to fish." She grinned rather nervously at Adder.

@Moondew (when you next post can you timeskip a few weeks? Not a whole moon, but like yeahhh.. Then they notice she is pregnant now >:3)

Adder chuckled, she had kind of guessed that would be Wisteria's reaction. "Yeah, it's sort of an acquired taste." She ate the rest of the frog herself. It was quite good, honestly. Slimy, yet satisfying. It reminded her of those flowers that grew in ponds, for some reason. "You like kittypet food, and it's not like the only thing to eat is frogs." Wisteria was so silly sometimes.

Adder lounged in a pool of sunlight, about three weeks after the frog incident. She had gained a bit of weight, now that she wasn't constantly walking. She was still small, but she no longer looked half-starved. She glanced over at Wisty. She had filled out a bit more too. Adder wasn't going to say anything about it, but privately she thought that her excessive eating was finally catching up with her. "So, what do you want to do today?"

Wisteria was loafing in the sunlight, chill as can be. Well, she seemed to be tired a lot more than usual, and she ate a little more. Okay, maybe a lot more. But still. The kittypet noticed Adder staring, and blinked her bright golden eyes, turning to face her mate. "What's the matter, Beautiful Venom?" Wisty asked innocently, pale yellow tail twitching. Her stomach then seemed to... move. Hm. Wisteria turned suspicious golden eyes to her stomach, comically inspecting it for about a minute. When she was done, she wrinkled her nose cutely and then settled down further into the sunlit grass, warming up in the heat of the day.

@Moondew (okay no more timeskips. Do Outsiders have the same two irl month wait time for pregnancy before the kits can be born?)

Adder blinked innocently, eyes wide. "Nothing, I was just admiring how beautiful you look in this light. The sun really highlights your white fur." She saw how Wisteria was staring at her stomach. Ah, so she had noticed too then? Maybe Wistera would take this as a sign to slow down the eating. Although, that expression was too suspicious to just be seeing the weight gain. "Are you good? What's up?" She got up and padded over to where her mate was sat. Bumping her head on Wistera's, she sat back down again, laying her head on Wisteria's back.
@Dreamheart (yes, but one month is allowed too, its just preferred to be two months. Or if you got baby boomer you could have them whenever)

Wisteria licked her nose lightly, thinking. "Yes I'm fine.." Then she huffed. "Is it just me, or am I getting bigger?!? It's annoying, I don't even want to mooovvveee-" She rolled over onto her back, pale yellow tail brushing over Adder's face before she moved it. Bright, honeycomb golden eyes blinked up at her mate. Yellow paws the same shade as her tail reached up and booped Adder's Poison's nose before she brought them curled into her chest, and rolled back over into a loaf.

Adder hesitated. This was a dangerous question. Cats generally didn't like it when they got told they had gained weight. Summoning all of her tact, she replied, "Yes. It's probably from all that kittypet food you've been eating, like you're about to go on a trip up a mountain." It wasn't said rudely, just in a matter of fact tone. Adder wasn't going to outright lie to her mate. Bend the truth, maybe, but this statement was sincere, unbent honesty. "You should try moving anyway. It might help."

Wisteria huffed again. "Ruuudeee." She said in a sing-song voice, not actually mad at all. After a couple seconds, she realised what Adder had said. In a confused voice, the kittypet said, "But I haven't been eating more than usual.. Well, maybe a little bit, but I've just gotten super hungry recently." The puffy, white and yellow she-cat meowed, sitting up.

@Moondew (maybe I should make the twolegs take her to the vet and she sees the ultrasound and comes back like I'm having kitsss)
