Emberkit bounced up to Starlingkit. "Hey, Star! You saw all those guys becoming apprentices? That's going to be us in a couple of moons!" When she saw what sort of a state Starlingkit was in, her happy bounciness dissisopated and she pressed herself into her brother, licking the top of his head soothingly. "Star, it's ok, I'm here now, don't panic,"

The gray rosetted kit listened attentively. Her head tilted at all the changes in mentors. Was that a usual occurrence? And so many were about to become apprentices. The nursery might soon sound a little quieter. She leaned over to Cougarpaw and whispered, "What do you think of Snakefang?"
Cicadakit made his way to the front of the crowd as the leader called them all forward. He held his head high, a huge grin on his maw. This was it!

Spiderthroat had been lingering in the back. Keeping an eye on what was transpiring. The first meeting in a while. Welcome. He had his concerns with how Bumblestar was, how she was reacting and acting in general. His nerves were soothed during the last meeting, and with this one coming in tow on time (somewhat) he felt a little more at ease.
Of course he knew better than to fully stop worrying. The moment he relaxed was the moment something could happen. So he kept a quiet watch, and assisted from afar. Support.
She called up the kits and instinctively Spiderthroat stood up and was a good couple paces behind Cicadakit, leaning down and attempting to swiftly fix up his fur. As long as the little brat didn't move or wriggle, his cleaning attempts would land. Short, quick. Nothing like how the queens do. But. It was an intimate moment for him, big step for him. Spiderthroat fully accepting the fact that, (albiet begrudgingly) he is their father.
Hopefully his other missing kits will be coming back soon. He'd be lying if he said he didn't miss them.
"Keep your chin high." he instructed with a light tone.

Starlingkit jumped about two tail-lengths in the air when Emberkit showed up, fur spiked and claws out when he landed. Seeing it was his sister, the ginger and black kit leapt on top of her, buried himself in her side, and stayed there. Well. He wasn't going to let go for a while.

Brackenclaw knew Quackpaw was changing mentors but he still winced slightly when he heard it from Bumblestar. Brackenclaw knew it was for the best he still didn't like it though. @Minku @Rani (Mention of the situation)

Sparrowpelt quickly placed a feather on Drizzlekit, tapped his nose to his head and nodded subtly. "I'll take all three of you to see Poppykit when you're done with your ceremony and getting settled into the Apprentices' Den," he spoke quietly before Drizzlekit would scamper towards Bumblestar.
His nose would press to Rosekit next, an affectionate gesture before she also scampered up. "I'll find him."
Honeykit was late, but he arrived in time to show up to the ceremony. Sparrowpelt didn't actually have to go looking for him, good. "Here, Rosekit will bite us both if I don't put this on you," he chuckled softly, licking the top of Honeykit's head before placing the last sparrow feather behind his ear. Sparrowpelt would then back away, sitting back into the crowd and watching with nothing but prideful eyes. Was that a tear creeping up in one?
Another meeting, another lack of apprentice. She wasn't complaining. She wanted nothing to do with children or mentoring. Sometimes she swore Bumblestar was aware of that and that was fine if it meant she continued to be skipped over. A few kits caught her attention more than the rest. The Spring children, right? Yeah. S//parrowpelt was tending to them and making them pretty with some feathers. Treetiger couldn't help but remember her own ceremony and how both her, now dead or gone, mothers were absent. One had even come back and called her by the wrong name. She grew bitter, jealous, of the relationship her friend had with the kittens. She wished she had family like that.
From where she sat, she was fairly close to S//parrowpelt as he backed away from the kits. The Bengal would settle back, almost pressing against the older tom as something of comfort for her. He could do whatever he pleased, but this was a comfort thing for her, and she knew he understood.

Reddove looked up to the Stormcrest, eyes guarded, expression taut.
He wasn't sure about anycat else, but Bumblestar seemed to be the same, like how shs was moons ago and likely before. Maybe somecat else could see something off. But, Reddove didn't exactly have any memorable friendships that could help him pick out stuff like that. He couldn't decipher tone, couldn't let his brain guide him through an expression. He just read everything by action and whatever former knowledge he had.
In that sense, nothing had changed to him. Bumblestar was always impulsive, always sassy. Nothing changed.
His thoughts softly buffered out as he began to scan the pelts in the clearing. The russet tom wasn't exactly within the crowd, he was devoid of it, among the blotches of pelts who drifted away from others. He liked it that way. Nocat knew himself better than him or the feeling of nature around him. Plus, leaving the entrance of the warriors den felt gravely dangerous to him.
Reddove welcomed the news of more apprentices, a good amount as well. Thunderclan had no trouble making new warriors, even after disaster.
