TRIGGER WARNING: Mentions of death, manipulation, and abuse

Backstory

It starts in the Medicine den of Windclan.
A single sickly queen giving birth too 3 kits.
One died early due to malnutrition... the second, of a disease...
But the third, refused to die.

Shallowgaze.
Starting as a skinny, sickly cat.
Pushed through his sickness.
His mother died early on, leaving him to be taken care of by other queens,
who saw no hope in him being so skinny at a young age.
Comments of pity swirled.
but eventually he pulled through, being the only on of his family to survive.
his apprenticeship starting off as a mix of scoffs and laughs.

But. there's
one issue with this story.
See some cats when they deal with such opposition so young,
they either become dependent on others and closed off.
Or angry and bitter.

But id like to throw my own outcome in there.
Observancy and Deceit.

See through apprenticeship he quickly learned that if he said the right things with the right tone,
he could get anything he wanted.
Masking, lying, truth twisting, gaslighting.
it all worked if you knew how to play the right cards...


Current day

With this knowledge of power he now holds all he knows how to do is lie.
telling people what they want to hear.
pretending to be one person, then changing the next.

A constant dance of keeping the act and hiding secrets.
making sure he had everyone under his control without their own knowledge.
Twisted puppet strings.
only a matter of time before it all comes crashing down...

But will he admit that? Nah.
He'll keep holding his act.
refusing to let anyone break it.

I Want a rival to kill him.
make him end up in the dark forest after so long of manipulating everyone.

What I want is a group of people that believe his lies and defend him.

And a group of cats who see through all his lies and want him dead.

After time, the Group against him plan to kill him.
how? I'm- still working on those details...
But i think it would be best to discuss it as a group.

These 3 cats see past Shallow's lies.
perhaps they've hated him from day one, or used to believe his lies and got betrayed, up to you.
Eventually you 3 plot to kill him, sending him to the depths of hell he deserves.

Group with him: 3/3
These cats think that Shallow "appreciates them" and would never do anything wrong.
Believing every cry and lie.
Weather they like him romantically and he led them on...
Or think they are good friends and know everything about him.

Extra

I think it would also be dramatic if one of the Group members that believe him realize he was lying and joined the Group against him right before they plotted to kill him.

though do want at least one cat to mourn his death and still be caught in the lie.
believing he did nothing wrong.

Personality:Cedarpaw is shy and hesitant, though extremely loyal. He hates bullies, but can’t find a way to stand up to them. Cedarpaw often brings out the best in cats but only if he makes a friend. He is confident after he gets to know someone, but only then. Cedar is introverted, hating loud and crowded spaces. If he likes someone, he’ll talk to them for ages. Even though he is shy, Cedar is hyperverbal. He’ll talk your ear off if he knows you well enough. He’s too afraid to do it with people he doesn’t know.

Reason why they hate Shallow: Shallow is much like applepaw, cruel, manipulative and vindictive. Crow would see that as a threat to the clan and especially ghost and take him out
Plot ideas?: like I said, maybe Crow ends up being the only one and kills Shallow in a dream?
