Tigersplash gave Rippliekit a rumbling purr of encouragement, craning his neck to turn and gently help the kit steady himself on his back. "Now, don't be afraid to use your claws to hold on okay? My fur's really thick, I can take it!" He mewed before rising up onto his rear legs carefully. Ti worked hard at making sure his movements were smooth and fluid, to give Ripplekit an easier time finding his grip. Last thing he wanted to was to drop a queen's kit...yikes. If kits are bad...angry queens can be even worse! But, Ti was learning quickly that not all kits were pains in the neck. Like little Ripplekit and Palekit.

"Hold on tight now!" He cautioned the young cat again before leaping forward, bearing down his weight onto his front legs and letting his flank rise high. He paid mind to every muscle in his shoulder, keeping Ripplekit as steady as possible. Ti began to lumber around low to the ground like a badger, moving his legs dramatically while keeping his back steady. He let out a fake "badger" roar, rising again onto his hind legs...only to freeze in place with embarrassment when he saw a new figure approach. The queen introduced herself as Splashcloud, ah! She was Ripplekit and Palekit's mother. Tigersplash cleared his throat, carefully setting his paws down. He had no way of knowing if the queen even wanted a strange tom to be giving her kits badger rides.

The broad-shouldered tom tilted his head to the side, uncertain at what Splashcloud was getting at. "I'm Tigersplash." He meowed finally, flashing a small smile before lowering his body to the ground so Ripplekit could disembark safely. "I hope we're not intruding. Softsky wanted to visit," he mewed, nodding to his companion with a warm smile, "and I wanted to accompany her." Was that how that went? Honestly, it was kind of blur. They ran into the kits father on the way in and things went from there. He stepped closer to Softsky, feeling a little out of place now that both she's were there. Ti ducked his head timidly. "Hope it's alright, the badger rides I mean." He mewed, blinking apologetically.

Applekit dozed off in her nest. Soft little snores making her chest buzz

NettleSnout visted her kits, giving them each a tender lick before heading back out to the clearing to do her duties.

Primroseadder yawned, giving her thick fur a thorough wash before settling down into her nest. She glanced over at where her litter of five were playing, and she called them over with a gentle, motherly voice.

"Storms, Owls, Cyp, Bri, Cater. C'mon back over, loves. It's time for ya all ta take a nap. As much as I would love for ya all ta play for a little longer, if ya don't sleep now, you'll be too tired ta play later."

Primroseadder hadn't known what to think when she first found out she would be having kits. But whenever they had been born, she had vowed to be the best mother that she could be and protect them to the best of her ability. When her kits complied, the queen wrapped her tail around them, giving them each a gentle lick on the head before speaking softly. "Sweet dreams, my sweet kits. I'll see ya all when ya wake up."

CYPRESSKIT
Riverclan Kit ~ 0 moons ~ Purrks: None

Cypresskit huffed, but led her siblings over to their mother, sitting guard until they all snuggled up. Only once they were all comfy did the largest kit lie down. "G'night ma." The pale brown and white rosetted tabby meowed, closing her icy blue eyes.

Kingfisherkit was curled up tightly in her nest, having fallen asleep already.
Or, well, she had been, she was awake now in an instant.
The tiny she-kit looked around the nursery, seeing the other cats settling in to go to sleep as night fell.
What had woken her up, she wondered? Perhaps she'd had a weird dream- but she didn't remember it now.
Might as well go back to sleep.

▁▂▃▅▆▇ beachheart blinks when he see's a rather big kit...must need a mentor. "oh hello there streamkit." he purrs "yes I am a warrior, I don't go on battle patrols so I wouldn't know" he sits down and curls his tail around his paws. "fighting can be scary though, but what makes a warrior a warrior is to be brave, I'm scared every time I go out on a border patrol because I never know whats to happen but Im also brave...its okay to be scared." he meows gently. "now about you, you say your six moons old?" he tilts his head "if that's true, why haven't you been made an apprentice yet? if a mentor your looking for, i'd love to mentor you, young streamkit." he smiles. he can tell the kitten is board of being in a nursery meant for kits. ▇▆▅▃▂▁

Streamkit shrugged "I don't know I guess Owlstar forgot or something, yeah I'd love you to mentor me" she smiled and bounced on her paws excitedly "being a warrior sounds cool but the battling sounds scary.....my dad died against Shadowclan" she said sadly sitting down, tears welled in her eyes, she looked down at her paws as she cried
